JEFFERSONVILLE GOLF CLUB ANNUAL PASSES 2019 BENEFITS, POLICIES AND PROCEDURES

ANNUAL PASS BENEFITS: All Annual Passes Provide the Following: • Complimentary Greens Fees during Periods of Play covered per Annual Pass Category • Reduced Cart Fees Monday - Friday: Before 4:00pm - $10; 4:00pm and later - $8 • Tee Time Reservations up to 14 Days in Advance • USGA Handicap Service upon Request • 10% Discount on Merchandise Purchases of $10 or more (excluding Golf Balls/purchases with JGA gift cards)

Complimentary Greens Fee Times by Annual Pass Category 1 - Unlimited Play Anytime 7 Days A Week* 2 - Weekday Play Anytime Monday - Friday* 3 - Senior (60 & Older) Play After 3PM Weekends/Holidays (In Season)* 4 - Junior (17 & Younger) Play After 1PM Weekends/Holidays with 2 or 3 guests (In Season)* Play After 12PM Weekends/Holidays (Off Season)* *except December 25th and when the course is closed due to unplayable conditions or scheduled events that restrict tee times during all or part of the day

GENERAL POLICIES:  Annual Passes provide no benefits except those explicitly stated above.  Annual Pass fees provide coverage from January 1, 2019 to December 31, 2019 inclusive only.  Jeffersonville Golf Club doesn't prorate or refund annual pass fees for any reason.  No annual pass may be sold, transferred or used in any way by anyone except the original purchaser.  Annual Pass payments are due and payable by the date(s) listed for the selected plan. Complementary greens fees will not be provided for annual pass holders not current with payments.

ANNUAL PASS HOLDER CHECK-IN: We upgraded the Jeffersonville Golf Club's POS (Point Of Sale) system recently. We can now register, validate and track annual pass holders’ play much more efficiently by scanning annual pass cards for check in. Implementing the upgrade requires that all annual pass holders do the following to access our golf course in 2019:  have their photograph taken (unless we already have one in our database) for printing on their annual pass card,  present their annual pass card each time they check in to play golf, and  check in personally in our Pro Shop (i.e., no annual pass holder/friend can check in another annual pass holder.) Annual Pass Holders in need of a duplicate card for any reason can obtain one for a replacement fee of $5.

ANNUAL PASS HOLDER TEE TIMES: Annual Pass Holders have the advantage of scheduling tee times up to 14 days in advance, 7 days more than our general patrons. No one playing at our golf course, however, has any of the following privileges:  expecting to play without delay when arriving at the golf course with no tee time scheduled,  booking a tee time for just one player,  booking more or fewer tee times than necessary for their group,  teeing off on a hole other than the designated starting hole for the day,  booking/playing more than 4 players in the same tee group. Our starter (if one is present, otherwise the Pro Shop staff person) determines the order, and for parties of less than four the grouping, of players and their starting tee. Everyone playing golf at our club must always follow his/her direction.
