The specific public benefits to be promoted by the Corporation are the reduction or elimination of psychosocial 1 distress in cancer patients and their friends and family. The specific public benefit purpose of the Corporation is to accelerate high-impact businesses innovating in 32 business, science and technology with the potential to make a positive social or environmental impact on the world.

The Corporation is a public benefit corporation. The purposes of the Corporation are (i) to organize and democratize the world's medical knowledge and make it generally accessible, including without limitation in 33 support of healthcare providers and individuals with an emphasis on those with the greatest access challenges, and (ii) to engage in any lawful act or activity for which a corporation may be organized under Delaware General Corporation Law (including without limitation in support of the purpose set forth in the foregoing clause (i)).
