CONFIRMATION OF PARTICIPATION In order to confirm your participation you are kindly asked to fill in the registration form on the above mentioned meeting page no later than June 12, 2014. The link to the online registration form is at http://www.ndphs.org/?mtgs,ncd_eg_9__helsinki.

ACCOMMODATION As we plan to have a one-day meeting, we expect that most participants will arrive and depart the same day. Yet, if you need accommodation, please send your request to Dmitry Titkov at [email protected] latest on 30 May.

TRAVEL INFORMATION

The participants are asked to take care of their air tickets and transfers from the airport to the meeting venue/hotel, as well as back to the airport.

From the airport Bus 615 from the airport (platform 3 in front of the airport building) stops by the Finnish Consulting Group at “Käpylä train station” (Käpylän asema) bus stop. The trip is app. 20 min. The ticket costs 5 euros and can be bought from the driver (only cash) or ticket machine (both cash and plastic cards). Another option is a taxi, which will cost you around 35 euros.

From Helsinki railway station or Pasila railway station If you arrive by train, it is best to get off at Pasila train station and take I-train (direction ) or N-train (direction Kerava). From Pasila train station it is one stop, and from Helsinki railway station it is two stops to Käpylä station. Look the electronic timetables at the stations for the platform. You can buy a ticket on board from the conductor (3 euros) or from the ticket machine (2,5 euros).

MEALS Coffee/tea breaks and lunch will be offered free of charge during the meeting.

MEETING DOCUMENTS Meeting documents will be posted on http://www.ndphs.org/?mtgs,ncd_eg_9__helsinki. Participants are expected to print and bring along all documents to the meeting.
