Directions to The Dewerstone

From A386 Plymouth

• Take the A386 out of Plymouth • At the Derriford Roundabout take the 2nd exit onto Tavistock Road following • theA386 (signposted Tavistock) • At Woolwell roundabout take the 1st exit onto Tavistock Road following the A386 • At roundabout take the 2nd exit following the A386 (signposted Tavistock) After avery short distance turn right onto New Road (signposted Bickleigh, Shaugh Prior) • Follow road ahead through Bickleigh past church on left. • As you leave Bickleigh turn left into lane, follow road ahead crossing old railway bridge to T junction. • Turn left and follow main route ahead towards Dewerstone and Shaugh Prior • Follow route ahead into wooded area, across small river bridge • Park in small off road car park on the left.

From A38 Westbound (Ivybridge Junction)

• Turn off A38 signposted Ivybridge, then at T junction turn right (signposted Ivybridge) • At Tjunction turn right onto B3213 (signposted Ivybridge) and cross road bridge over A38 • At roundabout take 2nd exit onto Woodland Road • Continue forward onto Cleeve Drive • Bear left onto Langham Levels • Turn right towards Cornwood, with railway line at first on right hand side, continue then go under railway bridge • Follow road ahead to Cornwood • Continue to Wotter (signposted Wotter) • Continue forward from Wotter through Beatland Cross/Corner to Shaugh Prior • Bear left entering Shaugh Prior continue through village • Bear right shortly after leaving village down hill into wooded area. • Park in small off road car park on the right as you get to bottom of hill before crossing small river bridge.
