26 . 3 . 84 Amtsblatt der Europäischen Gemeinschaften Nr . L 82 / 67 RICHTLINIE DES RATES vom 28 . Februar 1984 betreffend das Gemeinschaftsverzeichnis der benachteiligten landwirtschaftlichen Gebiete im Sinne der Richtlinie 75 /268 / EWG ( Vereinigtes Königreich ) ( 84 / 169 / EWG ) DER RAT DER EUROPAISCHEN GEMEINSCHAFTEN — Folgende Indexzahlen über schwach ertragsfähige Böden gemäß Artikel 3 Absatz 4 Buchstabe a ) der Richtlinie 75 / 268 / EWG wurden bei der Bestimmung gestützt auf den Vertrag zur Gründung der Euro­ jeder der betreffenden Zonen zugrunde gelegt : über päischen Wirtschaftsgemeinschaft , 70 % liegender Anteil des Grünlandes an der landwirt­ schaftlichen Nutzfläche , Besatzdichte unter 1 Groß­ vieheinheit ( GVE ) je Hektar Futterfläche und nicht über gestützt auf die Richtlinie 75 / 268 / EWG des Rates vom 65 % des nationalen Durchschnitts liegende Pachten . 28 . April 1975 über die Landwirtschaft in Berggebieten und in bestimmten benachteiligten Gebieten ( J ), zuletzt geändert durch die Richtlinie 82 / 786 / EWG ( 2 ), insbe­ Die deutlich hinter dem Durchschnitt zurückbleibenden sondere auf Artikel 2 Absatz 2 , Wirtschaftsergebnisse der Betriebe im Sinne von Arti­ kel 3 Absatz 4 Buchstabe b ) der Richtlinie 75 / 268 / EWG wurden durch die Tatsache belegt , daß das auf Vorschlag der Kommission , Arbeitseinkommen 80 % des nationalen Durchschnitts nicht übersteigt . nach Stellungnahme des Europäischen Parlaments ( 3 ), Zur Feststellung der in Artikel 3 Absatz 4 Buchstabe c ) der Richtlinie 75 / 268 / EWG genannten geringen Bevöl­ in Erwägung nachstehender Gründe : kerungsdichte wurde die Tatsache zugrunde gelegt, daß die Bevölkerungsdichte unter Ausschluß der Bevölke­ In der Richtlinie 75 / 276 / EWG ( 4 ) werden die Gebiete rung von Städten und Industriegebieten nicht über 55 Einwohner je qkm liegt ; die entsprechenden Durch­ des Vereinigten Königreichs bezeichnet , die in dem schnittszahlen für das Vereinigte Königreich und die Gemeinschaftsverzeichnis der benachteiligten Gebiete Gemeinschaft liegen bei 229 beziehungsweise 163 . Der im Sinne von Artikel 3 Absatz 4 der Verordnung Mindestanteil der von der Landwirtschaft abhängigen 75 / 268 / EWG genannt werden . Erwerbsbevölkerung unter Ausschluß der Städte und Industriegebiete an der gesamten Erwerbsbevölkerung Die Regierung des Vereinigten Königreichs hat gemäß liegt bei 30 % . Artikel 2 Absatz 1 der Richtlinie 75 / 268 / EWG eine Erweiterung der benachteiligten Gebiete auf dem Wege Zur Bestimmung der Zonen mit besonderen Nachteilen , einer Neufestlegung dieser Gebiete beantragt . Die Richt­ die den benachteiligten Gebieten im Sinne von Artikel 3 linie 75 / 276 / EWG muß daher durch die vorliegende Absatz 5 der Richtlinie 75 / 268 / EWG gleichgestellt Richtlinie ersetzt werden . werden können , wurden sowohl unvorteilhafte natür­ liche Produktionsbedingungen ( Hanglage , starke Win­ de, unvorteilhafte wasserwirtschaftliche Bedingungen in Die Regierung des Vereinigten Königreichs hat der der Landwirtschaft ) als auch Nachteile aufgrund der Kommission gemäß Artikel 2 Absatz 1 der Richtlinie geographischen Lage ( Insellage ) berücksichtigt . L 128 vom 19 . 5 . 1975 , S. 1 . ausgegangen ist , entsprechen den Merkmalen der ( 2 ) ABl . Nr . L 327 vom 24 . 11 . 1982 , S. 19 . benachteiligten landwirtschaftlichen Gebiete im Sinne ( 3 ) ABl . Nr . C 307 vom 14 . 11 . 1983 , S. 103 . von Artikel 3 Absätze 4 und 5 der Richtlinie 75 / ( 4 ) ABl . Nr . L 128 vom 19 . 5 . 1975 , S. 231 . 268 / EWG — Nr . L 82 / 68 Amtsblatt der Europäischen Gemeinschaften 26 . 3 . 84 HAT FOLGENDE RICHTLINIE ERLASSEN : Artikel 3 Diese Richtlinie ist an das Vereinigte Königreich Artikel 1 gerichtet .     Aireborough Neighbourhood Forum Research Synthesis ANF – Living in Aireborough Research Synthesis This document contains a synthesis of all the research data that was received from the first stage of a Grounded Theory, qualitative, inductive, research programme: it is not an interpretive report. The work was carried out between June 2012 and April 2013 regarding, what people like, dislike and want to improve about Aireborough. In all research and consultation people have been asked what they do like, followed by what they would like to see improved. The place awareness walks, allowed people to identify particular hot spots and treasures in their area. Aireborough in this case primarily refers to Guiseley, Yeadon, Hawksworth and High Royds: Rawdon is not included in this instance as it has it’s own parish council, however Rawdon is part of the Leeds district of Aireborough, and much of the content of this document is applicable to Rawdon. Research has been synthesised from the following sources, with the aim of covering a wide range of residents, and some businesses:- • Six thinking hat qualitative research June – October 2012 (92 responses including those aged around 16, and those aged around 90) • Local Representative in depth interviews – Summer 2012 (6 responses) • ANF workshop exercises, specifically Mapping Aireborough - February 2012 (52 detailed responses including place awareness walks. And 20 emails with different views.) • Pop Up Exhibition (30 responses from key questions posed ) • Airborough Youth Forum Conference, Schools Drawing and Poetry competitions – March 2013 (over 100 children aged 6 to 17 ) More detailed business research and other primary and secondary evidence gathering for the Neighbourhood Plan is currently underway.

    STATUTORY INSTRUMENTS 1999 No. 2472 LOCAL GOVERNMENT, ENGLAND The District of Torridge (Electoral Changes) Order 1999 Made ---- 6thSeptember 1999 Coming into force in accordance with article 1(2) Whereas the Local Government Commission for England, acting pursuant to section 15(4) of the Local Government Act 1992(a), has submitted to the Secretary of State a report dated January 1999 on its review of the district of Torridge together with its recommendations: And whereas the Secretary of State has decided to give effect to those recommendations: Now, therefore, the Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by sections 17(b) and 26 of the Local Government Act 1992, and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order: Citation, commencement and interpretation 1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the District of Torridge (Electoral Changes) Order 1999. (2) This Order shall come into force— (a) for the purpose of all proceedings preliminary or relating to any election to be held on 1st May 2003, on 10th October 2002; (b) for all other purposes, on 1st May 2003.
