Field Permits This schedule is your permit to use field hockey fields on the dates, times, and locations listed in this document.

Cash Payment to Officials Teams must pay cash to the officials before each game: HS = $28 per team (2 officials), $20 per team (1 official); Women = $34 per team (2 officials), or $25 per team (1 official). Forfeits (due to insufficient players to start a game) will be paid by New Castle County and the offending team will be billed for the full officials’ fee plus an administrative fee.

Line-up Cards and Uniform Requirements Teams are required to submit line-up cards before each game with a legible listing of players’ first and last names and jersey numbers.

COVID Screening / Reporting Results / Standings Use the QR Code to the left (click, or scan using smartphone camera or barcode app) to check-in at satellite fields. The winning team (or home team if the score is tied) must report the game results to the coordinator (HS = Barb Heringslack: 438-9029, Women’s = Holly Groff: 598-6439) by 9:00 PM on the day of the game. The penalty for not calling in game scores is the loss of points for that game. Updated standings are posted on the Sports and Athletics website by Friday afternoon.

Inclement Weather Procedures Players, managers, and officials should call the NCC Sports and Athletics Inclement Weather Message Line (395-5891) after 4:00 PM on the day of a game that may be affected by weather. A message will inform them of the status of the games.
