Field Permits This schedule is your permit to use field hockey fields on the dates, times, and locations listed in this document. Cash Payment to Officials Teams must pay cash to the officials $28 per team (2 officials), $18 per team (1 official)) before each game. Forfeits (due to insufficient players to start a game) will be paid by New Castle County and the offending team will be billed for the full officials’ fee plus an administrative fee.
Line-up Cards and Uniform Requirements Teams are required to submit line-up cards before each game with a legible listing of players’ first and last names and jersey numbers.
Reporting Game Results / Standings The winning team (or home team if the score is tied) must report the game results to the coordinator (239-4995) by 9:00 PM on the day of the game. The penalty for not calling in game scores is the loss of points for that game. Results should appear in the News Journal 1-2 days after the game is played; updated standings are posted the Sports and Athletics website on Friday mornings and published in the Sunday News Journal.

Inclement Weather Procedures Players, managers, and officials should call the NCC Sports and Athletics Inclement Weather Message Line (395- 5891) after 3:00 PM on the day of a game that may be affected by weather. A message will inform them of the status of the games.

Schedule Note: All teams are scheduled for 12 games. Games cancelled on Mon, Jun 5 will not be rescheduled and an extra round has been added for those teams to fill their 12 game season.
