(Accommodations, Ubud) UBUD: Escape to central Bali where dramatic volcanoes loom over lush fields, stunning crater lakes and mystical temples. Early morning you will set off from the hotel in your convertible Volkswagen and drive to Yeh Pulu to see a 80 foot-long series of fourteenth century rock-cut carvings. Located at the bottom of a lush green valley can be found the 11th century temple and funeral complex of Gunung Kawi, one of Bali's oldest monuments. Walk down the stairs to see the 10 rock-cut shrines carved out of the surrounding rocks. Your next stop is at Tirta Empul with its holy spring waters where every Balinese Hindu will bathe at least once a year for purification. Continue to Kintamani set around the rim of the Gunung Batur crater. Look out over Bali's most active volcano, Mount Batur, which soars over 5,900 feet into the sky. In the center is a beautiful turquoise-green lake, the largest lake of the island. After lunch in a local restaurant you'll drive down the scenic road to the bottom of the crater and take a walk through the lava fields as your guide tells you about the volcanoes and tectonic activity on Bali. On the way back south stop in Tegalalang to enjoy a coffee with unparalleled views over the famous emerald-green rice terraces. To increase economic value, the seed of jackfruit and the seed of Durian utilized and processed to be new food source and one of them was chips. The study was done in three stages, making the chips from the seed of jackfruit and the seed of Durian, analyzing the content of nutrient and organoleptic test. Analyzing the content of nutrient in the study was the level of protein, fat, water, dust, and carbohydrate and organoleptic test at color, taste, aroma, and texture from chips produced. Based on the results of study that the level of protein, fat, water, dust, carbohydrate and organoleptic test of chips from the seed of jackfruit was 1.1151%, 0.9687%,9,3626%, 43118%, 84.2419%, and the chips from the seed of Durian the level of protein, fat, water, dust, and carbohydrate were 1.0786%, 2.7932%, 8,8043%, 3.4763 and 83.8477%. The chips from the seed of jackfruit and the seed of Durian had high level of carbohydrate. Thus the writer likes the chips form the seed of jackfruit and the seed of Durian.

The samples used were snacks beverages like cendol ice, teler ice, coconut ice, and syrup ice sold in six traditional market town of Manado. This location is chosen according to the overall market located in the market town of Manado Perum Paniki, Paal 2, Tuminting, Bersehati, Karombasan, and Bahu. Sampling as many as 16 samples in which samples cendol ice, teler ice 4 samples, coconut ice 1 sample, and syrup ice 2 samples.

Salah satu upaya untuk meningkatkan kepuasan pengunjungnya Solo Grand Mall menyediakan lantai III khusus untuk hiburan, kuliner (food court) dan permainan. Salah restaurant yang menggunakan gerai di Solo Grand Mall adalah Es Teler 77, hadirnya Es Teler menunjukkan Solo Grand Mall dipercayai oleh restauran-restauran yang telah memiliki nama besar. Hal ini akan semakin meningkat citra dari Solo Grand Mall. Es Teler 77 cabang Solo Grand Mall walaupun sudah berusaha memenuhi standar pelayanan yang baik, tetapi pada kenyataan jumlah pengunjung mengalami turun naik. Data yang dikumpulkan kegiatan magang yang dilakukan di Solo Grand Mall spesifik pada Es Teler 77. Pengukuran kepuasan konsumen Es Teler 77 Cabang Solo Grand Mall menggunakan kuesioner. Pencemaran dapat terjadi pada semua tahap yang dilalui terutama pada proses pengolahan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui proksimat, kandungan kalori dan aspek keamanan pangan dari minuman es di UB. Penelitian menggunakan RAL yang terdiri atas 2 penjual dan dilakukan 3 kali ulangan. Penambahan berbagai pangan berbeda berpengaruh nyata (α =0.05). Es Doger, total kalori 137.61 kkal, total padatan 24%, kadar abu 0.0657%, kadar protein 1.18%, kadar lemak 3.23%, karbohidrat 26.16%, serat kasar 1.01%, dan total gula 26.1%. Es Teler, total kalori 160.7%, total padatan 19.55%, kadar abu 0.075%, kadar protein 0.52%, kadar lemak 3.54%, kadar karbohidrat 31.67%, serat kasar 1.3%, dan total gula 31.6%. Es Pisang Ijo, total kalori 299.65 kkal, total padatan 16.47%, kadar abu 1.32%, kadar protein 1.32%, kadar lemak 3.09%, kadar karbohidrat 66.6%, serat kasar 0.76%, dan total gula 66.6%.
