Chinese Indonesian Cuisine), Which Is a Mix of Chinese Dishes with Local Indonesian Culinary Racteristics THE MEANING OF ‘KOTA’ IS CALLED A CITY IN INDONESIAN LANGUAGE. HOWEVER, IT IS ALSO THE SLANG THAT WE USED TO DESCRIBE CHINATOWN IN JAKARTA AS IT WAS THE HUB CLOSEST TO THE PORT WHERE TRADING TOOK PLACE BACK IN THE 1740’S. In Kota88, we serve Masakan Tionghoa Indonesia (Chinese Indonesian Cuisine), which is a mix of chinese dishes with local Indonesian culinary racteristics. It all started when Chinese immigrants settled in Indonesia centuries ago where its traditional cooking style became an expression of our cuisine. This is the inspirational backbone for our restaurant. Hailing from Glodok, Jakarta’s’ chinatown, we are proud to bring our succulent heritage to Singapore, and present the Kota88 Restaurant. We present our signature item from the menu called ‘Nasi Campur Babi’. It is a Chinese Indonesian adaptation of combination pork rice platter that is mixed to a palatable perfection along with other traditional dishes. This exhibition presents Chinese Singaporean culture through daily life in Singapore – through the things we see, hear, do and eat every day. Therefore, the experience is highly interactive where visitors can touch various stations, play games, listen to stories and have a dialogue with the gallery. Through this exhibition, we will explore ideas of: Chinese heritage Cultural interactions Public policies The exhibition content extends classroom learning and teaching, by complementing History, Social Studies and Character & Citizenship Education subjects taught in secondary schools. It is also self-guided, where students can learn and explore independently. One of the main interactive features of the exhibition is the use of wristband tags. Students can tap their wristband tags to answer questions scattered throughout the space, trigger videos and play games. At the end of the visit, students can print out their own personalised report card which summarises their exhibition journey along with prompts for further cultural exploration beyond the exhibition. This report card serves as a starting point for them to reflect about their identity in relation to everyday life.

Puji Syukur kehadirat Allah SWT, Tuhan Yang Maha Kuasa karena berkat rahmat dan karunia-Nya sehingga Laporan Tahunan Balai POM di Jambi Tahun 2019 dapat diselesaikan tepat pada waktunya. Laporan Tahunan Balai POM di Jambi merupakan salah satu wujud pertanggungjawaban Balai POM di Jambi dalam pelaksananaan anggaran pemerintah yang efektif, transparan, akuntabel dan berorientasi kepada hasil. Dengan semakin luas dan kompleksnya tugas dan tanggung jawab pengawasan obat dan makanan yang harus dilakukan, tidak mungkin Balai POM di Jambi berperan sendiri sehingga diperlukan kerjasama dan koordinasi yang efektif dan sinergis dengan berbagai pihak agar memberikan kontribusi optimal bagi terlaksananya tugas dan tanggung jawab Balai POM di Jambi sebagai UPT Badan POM.
