Dolphin Brewery Bekki Bentley White Thanks for your Support 2 LATEST UK CRAFT BEER RELEASES 8st – 14th February 2021 Neptune Brewery Turbulence 7.4% West Coast IPA A punchy 7.4% West Coast IPA with big flavours of lemon, grapefruit and marmalade with light tropical notes and a lasting balanced resinous bitterness. Brick Brewery Imperial Yuzu 10.4% Imperial Sour A knockout, citrus packed sour conditioned on litres of Yuzu juice and an abundance of citrus peel. This isn’t a knock back beer at 10.4% but it is an absolute belter of a sour. Dig Brew Mark Can’t Be Killed By Conventional Weapons 6.3% NEIPA Collab with Whyte bar. The hop combo of Simcoe, Kohatu plus Idaho 7 is quite a unique one. It has an incredibly soft mouthfeel, is mega drinkable with subtle flavours of bubblegum on the pallet. Almasty Brewing Co. Pineapple Express 8% DIPA Pineapple Express Double IPA combines the potent and flavourful forces of fresh apple and mango with notes of pineapple, pine, and cedar. This hard-hitting DIPA provides a long-lasting tropical fruit buzz. Almasty Brewing Co. Space Queen 3.5% Small IPA Lemon, pine and pineapple fragrances swirl in a potent mix for this small IPA. The effects of her glittering, resin-festooned flavours are formidable and deliver all the attributes of a classic big American IPA but with half the strength. Overtone Brewing Co. Pretty Weisse 7% Berliner Weisse A rich Berliner Weisse brewed with a golden ratio of sour cherries, boysenberries and redcurrants. This colourful beer is fruity, sour, sweet and tart. Attic Brew Co. Bizarre Ride 7.2% West Coast IPA Caramel malt backbone supports balanced bitterness. A classic hop combo of Citra & Simcoe brings citrus and pine. Livestream Bingo is dry hopped with 25g/L of Simcoe and Cascade for old school Black IPA vibes. Cloudwater Brew Co. Technical Difficulties 10% Imperial Cascadian DDH IPA An Imperial Cascadian DDH IPA essentially, it sits at the intersection between two of their most popular styles, TIPA and Imperial Stout. Technical Difficulties features 30g/L of Sabro to bring out those creamy coconut notes. Cloudwater Brew Co. There’s A Problem With The Internet 10% Imperial Cascadian DDH IPA An Imperial Cascadian DDH IPA essentially, it sits at the intersection between two of their most popular styles, TIPA and Imperial Stout. There's A Problem With The Internet received 20g/L of Nelson Sauvin for a delicious blend of juicy fruit and resinous qualities. Cloudwater Brew Co. Can You See My Screen? 6.5% NZ Hopfenweisse An updated version of the much-loved NZ Hopfenweisse, balancing deep banana esters and a smooth, pillowy body with white grape, tangerine and a dank character from Motueka and Nelson Sauvin. Cloudwater Brew Co. Chubbles II – Discovering Pilsengris 8% DIPA Collab with The Veil. Has the same hop punch as it's bigger friends, exploding in a burst of sweet white grape and sherbet orange before a swipe of grapefruit zest paves the way for a dry finish loaded with dank, piney notes, alongside a touch of green papaya and a light sprinkling of black pepper. 4 Beatnikz Republic Our Man In Berlin 3.8% Berliner Weisse A brand spanking new 3.8% Berliner Weisse packed full of juicy raspberries. It's one punchy sour. Beak Brewery Moon 6% IPA Brewed with bag loads of Idaho 7, Citra and Bru 1. It’s chock full of boozy overripe flavours of peach, pineapple and nectarine and has a distinctly sweet, herbal aroma that reminds us of cherries, jasmine and heather honey. Polly’s Brew Co. In Violet 5.5% IPA Mosaic goes big with all its super juicy tropical notes, before smaller additions of Amarillo and Chinook do the job of keeping everything in check with grassy pine notes. Juicy, smashable, and totally sessionable. Yonder Brewing & Blending Lupercalia 9.6% Imperial Stout Sweet, dark roasty malts with big flavours of chocolate and coffee, finished with a touch of sweet floral rose, a silky-smooth mouthfeel and just the right amount of booze. Yonder Brewing & Blending Blue Jam 4.2% Fruited Gose Packed with more blueberries than you can fit in to a 4-foot car, Blue Jam is tart, juicy and vibrantly purple. This is full bodied and smooth, with a lick of Cornish Sea Salt and a touch of lemon-like flavour from coriander seed. Black isle Brewery Best Laid Plans 3.5% Passionfruit Sour New passionfruit sour. By The River Brew Co. Doubleheeder 8% DIPA Fresh and variated varieties of Centennial, Simcoe, Mosaic, Idaho 7 and Amarillo generate a skull crushing sultry tropical seizure of ripened mango, bittersweet grapefruit, juicy blood orange and pineapple cobbler. Little Earth Project Hedgerow Blend 2020 4.9% Fruited Sour For this year's Hedgerow Blend, they used a barrel aged sour base rather than the saison used in previous years to give a more complex rounded flavour. Blueberry jumped out as the perfect match & 500g/l was added and left to re-ferment for 6 months before bottling. Little Earth Project Crab Apple Sour 2020 4.8% Fruited Sour Locally foraged crab apples were added to barrels of really a well-balanced sour beer and left for several months. The resulting beer is a zippy, sour beer bursting with sharp apple flavours but also a balancing sweetness that makes it incredibly drinkable. Northern Monk OFS028 4.5% Kvass IPA Northern Monk have created a 4.5% session IPA/Kvass hybrid. The malt base contains a hefty rye addition to add colour, spice, and complexity, with the sourdough adding a slight tartness against the sweet, fruity notes of El Dorado, Amarillo and Citra Incognito. Phantom Brewing Co. Luck 5.2% Pale Ale New bright and tropical Pale Ale hopped with Vic Secret and Mosaic. Left Handed Giant Brewing Co. Cosmic Starry Dimension 7% Stout A silky dessert stout boasting flavours of rich cacao and tonka, sweet vanilla and toasted nuts.

Characterized by a yellow color and cloudiness from the yeast remaining in suspension after fermentation. It has low hop bitterness, and a fruity aroma and flavor. Raider Red (Amber, Red): American Style Amber Ale Filtered Avg. ABV: 4.6-5.5% Our house amber. This amber ale is characterized by a copper to amber color and is very clear. Raider Red has a malt sweetness balanced by a hop bitterness. The aroma you will notice is hoppy. Black Cat Stout (Stout): Oatmeal Stout Non-Filtered Avg. ABV: 4.4-5.2% Our house dark beer.     Today’s Pours available in 6 or 12 oz Prelude - Helles Lager - 5.0% abv 6 oz - $3.50 / 12 oz - $6.00 A traditional German lager utilizing all German malts and noble hops. Lagered for eight weeks, it is crisp and refreshing with flavors of crackery malt and a drop of honey. This beer begs to be paired with food. Prologue - Pilsner - 5.0% abv 6 oz - $3.50 / 12 oz - $6.00 Prologue is the second lager we produced in our new brewery. It is a German-style Pilsner with a slight American twist. In addition to traditional German hops we added a punch of Amarillo hops late in the boil for a touch of citrus aroma. It is slightly sweet with crackery malts and gentle honey notes, but with a bracing bitterness that keeps you coming back for another sip. Sound Check – Czech Pils – 4.6% abv 6 oz - $3.50 / 12 oz - $6.00 This beer was brewed in collaboration with our friends at Nothing Sacred Brewing. It is a traditional Czech style pilsner utilizing 100% Bohemian pilsner malt, double decocted, and brewed with only Saaz hops. Orange Roads – American Wheat Beer – 5.4% abv 6 oz - $3.50 / 12 oz - $6.00 Orange Roads is the first beer I ever brewed at home, the one that pushed me down the rabbit hole. Brewed with a hefty amount of white wheat, orange blossom honey, and a measured dose of orange zest. We are happy to share it with you today in the taproom. As with aroma, the distinctive flavor character associated with the particular fruit(s) should be noticeable, FRUIT BEER and may range in intensity from subtle to aggressive. The balance of fruit with the underlying beer is vital, and the fruit character should not be so artificial and/or inappropriately overpowering as to suggest a fruit juice drink. Hop bitterness, flavor, malt flavors, alcohol content, and fermentation by- products, such as esters or diacetyl, should be appropriate to the base beer and be harmonious and OG: 1.058 Color: 3.7 SRM balanced with the distinctive fruit flavors present. Note that these components (especially hops) may be intentionally subdued to allow the fruit character to come through in the final presentation.
