  • Cafe Beermoth Menu 2017
Welcome to our bottled beer menu. Our bottle selection concentrates on larger bottles for sharing, beers that are designed for or suit cellaring and keeping and beers that develop over time. All of our bottles are bottle conditioned, meaning they have had a second fermentation in the bottle to create a natural carbonation as well as helping their flavour mature. This leaves a natural sediment at the end of bottle which can be left in the bottle if poured carefully or poured into your glass, depending on your taste. At Café Beermoth we are committed to serving beer in perfect condition. As a result of this we have chosen to avoid stocking any hoppy styles like pale ale or IPA in our bottle selection as these are best drunk fresh. If these are styles you enjoy please see our current tap line up or ask at the bar for recommendations. Many of the beers listed below will be described as wild. This refers to the types of wild and un-cultured yeasts and bacteria used to ferment the beers. Producing a huge and often unpredictable range of flavours that will develop over time, from refreshing tartness to complex farmhouse characters. Other beers will be denoted B.A. - This stands for Barrel Aged, implying that the beer has been left to age in wooden barrels to develop the flavour of the wood itself or previous contents of the barrels, be that wine or spirits. ISSUE67 SIXTY SEVEN JUNE 7th 2021 ISSUE 67 - 7 JUNE 2021 We at TWICB have been having a great time recently making several trips to iconic taprooms in London and elsewhere. It’s fantastic to be back drinking inside venues again, though outside is even more perfect when the sun is shining. Cheers to all of you who we have met on our beer travels so far, and to all the staff busy brewing and pouring amazing Craft Beer.
