Dolphin Brewery Bekki Bentley White Thanks for your Support 2 LATEST UK CRAFT BEER RELEASES 8st – 14th February 2021 Neptune Brewery Turbulence 7.4% West Coast IPA A punchy 7.4% West Coast IPA with big flavours of lemon, grapefruit and marmalade with light tropical notes and a lasting balanced resinous bitterness. Brick Brewery Imperial Yuzu 10.4% Imperial Sour A knockout, citrus packed sour conditioned on litres of Yuzu juice and an abundance of citrus peel. This isn’t a knock back beer at 10.4% but it is an absolute belter of a sour. Dig Brew Mark Can’t Be Killed By Conventional Weapons 6.3% NEIPA Collab with Whyte bar. The hop combo of Simcoe, Kohatu plus Idaho 7 is quite a unique one. It has an incredibly soft mouthfeel, is mega drinkable with subtle flavours of bubblegum on the pallet. Almasty Brewing Co. Pineapple Express 8% DIPA Pineapple Express Double IPA combines the potent and flavourful forces of fresh apple and mango with notes of pineapple, pine, and cedar. This hard-hitting DIPA provides a long-lasting tropical fruit buzz. Almasty Brewing Co. Space Queen 3.5% Small IPA Lemon, pine and pineapple fragrances swirl in a potent mix for this small IPA. The effects of her glittering, resin-festooned flavours are formidable and deliver all the attributes of a classic big American IPA but with half the strength. Overtone Brewing Co. Pretty Weisse 7% Berliner Weisse A rich Berliner Weisse brewed with a golden ratio of sour cherries, boysenberries and redcurrants. This colourful beer is fruity, sour, sweet and tart. Attic Brew Co. It’s chock full of boozy overripe flavours of peach, pineapple and nectarine and has a distinctly sweet, herbal aroma that reminds us of cherries, jasmine and heather honey. Polly’s Brew Co. Doubleheeder 8% DIPA Fresh and variated varieties of Centennial, Simcoe, Mosaic, Idaho 7 and Amarillo generate a skull crushing sultry tropical seizure of ripened mango, bittersweet grapefruit, juicy blood orange and pineapple cobbler. Little Earth Project Hedgerow Blend 2020 4.9% Fruited Sour For this year's Hedgerow Blend, they used a barrel aged sour base rather than the saison used in previous years to give a more complex rounded flavour. Blueberry jumped out as the perfect match & 500g/l was added and left to re-ferment for 6 months before bottling. Little Earth Project Crab Apple Sour 2020 4.8% Fruited Sour Locally foraged crab apples were added to barrels of really a well-balanced sour beer and left for several months. The resulting beer is a zippy, sour beer bursting with sharp apple flavours but also a balancing sweetness that makes it incredibly drinkable. Northern Monk OFS028 4.5% Kvass IPA Northern Monk have created a 4.5% session IPA/Kvass hybrid. The malt base contains a hefty rye addition to add colour, spice, and complexity, with the sourdough adding a slight tartness against the sweet, fruity notes of El Dorado, Amarillo and Citra Incognito. Phantom Brewing Co. Luck 5.2% Pale Ale New bright and tropical Pale Ale hopped with Vic Secret and Mosaic. Left Handed Giant Brewing Co. Cosmic Starry Dimension 7% Stout A silky dessert stout boasting flavours of rich cacao and tonka, sweet vanilla and toasted nuts.
