He developed his passion for painting as a scholar of several artists from Ticino (Fernando Pozzi, Fausto Corda, Marco Gurtner and Manlio Monti). After a few years of figurative painting, during 1996 he began to learn towards abstract painting which went through several phases. He is accompanied and sustained by his friend, the painter Fausto Leoni.     notizie flash Nr. 13 – 18 .12.2015 Regione energia Malcantone Ovest : misure in favore del risparmio energetico regionale Come anticipato nel notizie flash di luglio 2014, il Comune di Pura è diventato membro della Regione Energia Malcantone Ovest e partecipa attivamente nella conduzione dei lavori di analisi, grazie anche al contributo del nostro tecnico comunale Francesco Soldati, membro del gruppo di lavoro ad hoc. Dopo un anno di attività si è conclusa la prima fase nella quale è stato allestito un bilancio energetico regionale dei consumi e dei potenziali, presentato lo scorso 27 ottobre al Centro Lüsc di Croglio. La lista dei progetti e delle opportunità selezionati dal gruppo di lavoro e dai delegati comunali è la seguente: - Sportello energia della regione energia Malcantone Ovest (progetto al vaglio dei Municipi); - Collaborazioni intercomunali per l’aumento della produzione di energia solare; - Sfruttamento del potenziale idroelettrico (valutazione degli acquedotti e della Tresa); - Risanamento degli impianti di illuminazione pubblica (LED); - Noleggio e-bike e rete regionale di piste ciclabili; - Sostegno per il risanamento energetico dei nuclei; Questi progetti sono ancora piuttosto vaghi e l’obiettivo sarà quindi quello di approfondirli nella seconda fase. È pensabile la scelta di un progetto particolare da sottoporre ad un concorso di sostegno dell’Ufficio federale di energia ad inizio 2016. È già invece realtà l’allestimento di un piano energetico intercomunale che grazie all`adesione dei 12 Comuni affiliati alla REMO permetterà la programmazione a medio termine di misure d’intervento a livello regionale e comunale per il risparmio energetico. L’allestimento del piano è finanziato in misura del 50% da parte della Divisione ambiente del Dipartimento del territorio, quale stimolo per l’impegno dei Comuni in ambito energetico.
