Lane has inherited a 95-year history of tunneling experience from S.A. Healy Company (Healy), a tunneling and heavy civil contractor located in Henderson, Nevada. Healy merged with Lane in 2018. Josh Goyne is a 20-year professional with experience in the highway, rail, and renewable energy construction industries. As Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Construction, he is responsible for managing the core geographical operational areas for Lane. Josh came to Lane from Webber LLC where he managed their heavy civil division. Josh has a passion for mentoring and developing young talent in the construction industry. He graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and an MBA from The University of Texas in Dallas.
