Transport, Energy and Infrastructure (DTEI) South Australia as part of the preliminary design process for the Ceduna Aboriginal Children and Family Centre. This report aims to provide deeper understandings of the Indigenous design issues for the design team including preliminary comments to inform the design process which are not exhaustive. This report is not intended to replace direct consultation or discussion on various aspects of the design. This report was prepared simultaneously to reports prepared as part of the design processes for Aboriginal Children and Family Centres at Whyalla and Christies Beach. Sections for each report may include similar material where appropriate. The terms 'Aboriginal„ and 'Indigenous„ have been used throughout this report to refer inclusively to both Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
