  • Hizli Rayli Sistemlerin Yolcu Taşima Kapasite Hesaplamalari Ve Türkiyedeki Benzer Sistemlerin Birbirleriyle Karşilaştirilmasi
HIZLI RAYLI SİSTEMLERİN YOLCU TAŞIMA KAPASİTE HESAPLAMALARI VE TÜRKİYEDEKİ BENZER SİSTEMLERİN BİRBİRLERİYLE KARŞILAŞTIRILMASI Ilgaz CANDEMİR_ , Serhan TANYEL_ SUMMARY Rail transit systems are found to be the most trusted transit systems all over the world. They have become one of the main parts of daily urban life as they provide, fast, safe and comfortable journey for passengers. If they are planned precisely, capacities up to10000-40000 passengers/hour can be achieved. They are also used as an important tool for to maintain well developed cities and provide dynamic city centers. In this study, some of the most important rail transit systems in Turkey are introduced. Their capacities tried to be determined by using different capacity calculation methods and the results are tired to be compared.

  • Travelling Across the Caucasus by Train Azerbaijan, Georgia And
Travelling across the Caucasus by train from Baku to Batumi (by way of Yerevan) Azerbaijan, Georgia and Armenia 1st to 25th July 2019 This journey seeks to connect the three very distinct countries which together form the Caucasus. What links them culturally? They were vibrant places during the later Russian Tzarist period. They have been places of seismic change: oil in Baku, Stalin was born in Georgia and the first Christain state was born in Armenia. They lie between hospitable Asia and the descendents of Byzantium. They also sit between Russia and Iran. They are places which have been influenced by their overbearing neighbours: invaded by Russia, Iran and the Ottoman Turks. Their geography varies from some of the highest mountains in Europe to deserts, from the Mediterranean climate of the Black Sea to the perpetually snowy peaks of the Greater Caucasus. The area may rightly claim to be the birthplace of the grapevine and very early mastery of goldsmithing. Nowadays a train line links these three fascinating countries. The party will be restricted to 11 of us in total. Travelling across the Caucasus by train The itinerary Day 3: After breakfast we’ll start the imposing mansions of the oil our Baku city tour. Visit Martyrs’ barons, built during the oil boom of Day 1: Flights from London and Alley, enjoy the panoramic view 1870-1914. After lunch we’ll drive to Edinburgh into Istanbul. Transfer by of Baku bay. Then we’ll visit the see the Gobustan rock paintings, 65 metro to Sultanahmet, the heart of Icheri Shekher (Inner town) with km from Baku, and then return to ancient Constantinople/Istanbul to its historical buildings and narrow the city by way of the Bibi Heybat our comfortable three star hotel for lanes.

The Dudullu-Bostanc? line runs from south to north with a length of 14km and 13 new underground stations. The line is completely underground with many connections with other main Istanbul transport systems such as the Bosphorus ferry (at Bostanci Harbour), the Marmaray railway, the Kad?köy-Kartal and the Üsküdar- Çekmeköy line, which is under construction. A fully automated metro system will be implemented with driverless trains, CBTC, and platform screen doors at stations. The line underpasses a very complex urban area and features station with particular architectural and functional layout. The tunnel is expected to be excavated by TBM. Our contribution: In order to support the architectural design team, a dynamic pedestrian simulation analysis has been carried out, assessing peak hour scenarios for normal, delayed and evacuation operation. Overall, MIC conducted the activities of pedestrian modelling from the original 21 stations along both lines to 6 target stations which are representative of highest passenger demand and have diverse functional complexities and layouts. Based on a given target demand scenario, the Legion simulation software adopted by MIC is enabling a crucial transition from ad-hoc design methods based on intelligent guesswork, to new predictive methods in which design proposals and iterations can be tested and assessed accurately and cost effectively.
