Tamo(Bad)- Darkness, Destructive, Chaotic, Negative, Impure, Lethargic, Violent, Ignorant, Restless mind • Every humans thoughts is a mix of all the three. • Sattva levels can be increased by: • Yoga postures and Pranayamas: Calms down Rajas by relaxing and oxygenating every cell in your body. • Meditation: The more Sattva we have/grows, the deeper is our meditation • Food: Intake of fresh food, fruits, vegetables in only the quantities your body requires.
