2 oz KOVAL Bourbon 2 oz KOVAL White Rye 2 oz KOVAL Millet 1 Demerara sugar cube 4 oz tomato juice ¾ oz sweet 1 dash orange ¼ oz fresh lemon juice 2 dashes walnut bitters 1 dash ¼ oz fresh lime juice Orange peel ¼ oz Sriracha Stir ingredients with ice. 3-4 dashes Worcestershire sauce Strain and serve up in a coupe glass. Lightly muddle all ingredients except Bourbon. Season to taste with the following: Garnish with an orange peel. Add Bourbon and ice. Celery salt, paprika, coriander, black pepper, dill Stir and serve on the rocks. Build on the rocks in a highball glass. Garnish with vegetables such as celery and olives.

1½ oz KOVAL Bourbon 2 oz KOVAL White Rye 1 oz KOVAL Millet 2 oz 1 sugar cube ¾ oz Aperol 2 oz ginger beer 3-4 dashes Angostura Bitters ¾ oz fresh lemon juice Lemon wedge ½ oz Build on the rocks in a highball glass. Garnish with a lemon wedge. Lightly muddle ingredients except White Rye. Combine ingredients and shake with ice. Add White Rye and ice. Strain and serve up in a coupe glass. Stir and serve on the rocks.

1½ oz KOVAL Four Grain 1 oz KOVAL Rye 1¾ oz KOVAL Oat ¾ oz sweet vermouth 3 oz dry cider ½ oz KOVAL Chrysanthemum & Honey Liqueur ¼ oz Bénédictine Liqueur Splash of ½ oz fresh lime juice 2 dashes Peychaud’s Bitters Squeeze of fresh lime juice Splash of pineapple juice 2 dashes Angostura Bitters Build on the rocks in a highball glass. Combine ingredients and shake with ice. Stir ingredients with ice. Strain over fresh ice. Strain and serve up with a lemon peel outside glass. Garnish with a pineapple wedge.

2 oz KOVAL Four Grain 2 oz KOVAL Rye 1½ oz KOVAL Oat 1 oz peach nectar ½ oz dry vermouth ½ oz fresh lemon juice ½ oz fresh lemon juice ½ oz KOVAL Rose Hip Liqueur ½ oz fresh orange juice 3-5 mint leaves 3-4 dashes Angostura Bitters ½ oz maple syrup Sprig of mint for garnish 1 egg white Stir ingredients with ice. Barspoon of orange marmalade Combine ingredients and shake with ice. Strain and serve up in a coupe glass. Pour in a highball glass and top with soda water. Garnish with a brandied cherry. Combine ingredients in a shaker and dry shake. Garnish with a sprig of mint. Add ice and shake again. Strain to a highball glass. Garnish with an orange twist. POMP & CIRCUMSTANCE

1½ oz KOVAL Dry Customize this with any KOVAL Liqueur. 3 oz tonic water KOVAL Liqueurs are naturally sweetened and made with organic ingredients, 1 sprig of mint adding more depth to the spirit. Grapefruit peel 1 oz KOVAL or Dry Gin Build on the rocks. Add the mint sprig and grapefruit peel. ¾ oz KOVAL Liqueur of your choice Stir all ingredients. 2 oz lemonade 2 oz soda water

Build ingredients on the rocks in a highball glass. Stir.

1½ oz KOVAL Dry Gin ½ oz simple syrup 2 sliced strawberries 2-3 slices fresh ginger 3-4 oz kombucha

Muddle strawberries and ginger. Add Dry Gin and simple syrup, shake with ice. Strain to a highball glass with fresh ice. Top with kombucha. Garnish with a fanned strawberry.

¾ oz KOVAL Dry Gin ¾ oz dry vermouth ½ oz Dry Curaçao ½ oz Maraschino Liqueur ½ oz fresh lemon juice

Combine ingredients and stir with ice. Strain and serve up in a coupe glass. Garnish with an orange slice.

For added fanfare, add a “bellringer” of peach brandy or absinthe.
