About BOMA Quebec

BOMA Quebec is the province’s largest association of commercial property owners and managers, and its mem- bers own or manage 85% of office buildings in Quebec.

A leader in the field since 1927, through the services it offers BOMA Quebec has developed a reputation for ex- cellence in property management and for increasing the value of commercial real estate assets. The association defines real estate assets as consisting not only of the material aspects of a building, but also immaterial aspects such as the quality of the management team, tenant profile and the architectural style of a building. BOMA Quebec promotes the principles of efficient, effective and responsible building management through its BOMA BESt certification program. Its activities include providing training and conferences, such as the many sym- posia and business lunches it organizes every year, and staying up-to-date on new trends and new management tools in order to better meet the current and emerging needs of building managers. BOMA Quebec uses a Web 2.0 platform to diversify and promote its training services and to reinforce its position as the leading resource in the commercial real estate sector.
