FRANCISCAN CENTER “SUPPER CLUB” The Franciscan Center, located at Maryland Avenue and 23rd Street, in addition to their daily Lunch Program now has a “Supper Club” serving a free hot meal on Wednesdays from 5:30 pm to 7:00 pm to any one who is hungry.
