Oil and Gas Line Pipes

ERW and HFW pipes are made by Vyksa Steel Works. ERW and HFW line pipes manufacturing process

Pipes fully comply with requirements of international standards: -- DIN EN 10217-1,2,3; DIN EN 10219-1(2); -- ISO 3183:2012 -- API 5L 1. Coils examination 2. Uncoiling, leveling 3. Strips slitting 4. Welding 5. Looper and shearing

Oil and gas line pipes are made with diameter of 114–530 mm (4½ - 20”) and wall thickness from 4.0 to 12.7 mm (0.16-0.5”).

Fittings

Trubodetal, JSC is one of largest Russian and CIS facilities producing pipeline fittings made of carbon and low-alloyed steel grades with diameter 57 – 1420 mm. The plant is one of the key suppliers for oil and gas utility lines construction as well as for mains systems.

Blagoveschensk Valves Plant

Blagoveshchensk Valves Plant, JSC is one of the largest Russian facilities producing pipeline valves.

The facility produces industrial-scale pipeline fittings and operates with a complete technological cycle – starting from billets to assembling, testing and quality control of finished product. BVP primarily specializes in the manufacture of pipeline valves from carbon, low-alloyed and stainless steel grades, with nominal diameter 25 to 800 mm and nominal pressure 16 to 250 kgf/cm2.

BVP, JSC products: -- casted taper-seat valves; -- TPP fittings; -- safety valves; -- fittings in conformity with API; -- change-over valves; -- direct-flow gate valves; -- safety valve units with change-over valves; -- X-tee assemblies; -- swing check valves; -- ball valves.

BVP is a supplier of Russian gas & oil producers and refineries: Gazprom, JSC, Rosnefy, JSC, Lukoil, JSC, Bashneft, JSOC, Surgutneftegas, JSC, Transneft, JSC, Tatneft, JSC and others. Products are supplied to the near-abroad countries: Ukraine, Byelorussia, Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan. Page 17

Railroad Wheels

Today, the ОМК forged wheel production complex is the largest in Europe. The Wheel-Rolling Division comprises steelmaking production and solid wheel production. The VSW wheel-rolling shop was started up in 1973. Since 1973, the shop has produced more than 20 million wheels.

The wheel-rolling production of the Wheel-Rolling Division is represented by Vyksa Steel Works’ wheel-rolling shop. Today, the shop’s capacity is 850 thousand wheels a year.

The Works produces more than 140 railroad wheel types with diameters ranging from 760 to 1,098 mm for: -- freight wagons -- passenger wagons -- locomotives -- vehicles -- regional trains

As a wheel supplier, OMK has a strong presence in many countries, including the USA, Canada, Poland, Slovakia, the Chech Republic, India, Jordan, South Korea, Bulgaria, Serbia, CIS countries, and etc. A total of 30 countries are the destination of VSW-made wheels. VSW’s main wheel designs received certification from the railroads of North America, India, and Eastern and Central Europe. VSW makes extensive certification efforts, annually obtaining 2 or 3 new certificates from national railroads. © United Metallurgical Company
