OVERVIEW

Participants produce a notebook containing a news release, a three (3)- newsletter, and a poster. Each of these publications to attract students to the TSA organization. The news release and newsletter would give details about the TSA program at the school, state, and national levels, and TSA competitions. In this event, students have the problem that demonstrates their ability to use the to opportunity to compete and edit materials for in-house publication. using the computer and of their PURPOSE choice. ELIGIBILITY

Participants are limited to one (1) individual per state, one (1) entry per individual.

PROCEDURE

DESKTOP PUBLISHING EVENT COORDINATOR INSTRUCTIONS

PERSONNEL

A. Event coordinator

MATERIALS

RESPONSIBILITIES

A. Upon arrival at the conference, report to the CRC room and check the contents of the coordinator’s notebook. Review the assistants have been scheduled.

B. Inspect the area(s) in which the event is being held for appropriate set-up, including room size, chairs, tables, outlets, etc. Notify the event manager of any potential problems.

C. Check in the entries at the time stated in the conference program.
