Wellbeing

Cornell Wellness staff are available to provide workshops, lectures, clinics, and demos on many different topics to your department by request. These offerings typically run about 60 minutes, although some can be shortened. Look here for a list of topics. Submit questions and requests to [email protected].

Don't have an hour? Our staff are also available to provide 15-30 minute Educational Workshops called Wellness Fundamentals Trainings to your work unit/department, which are educational workshops that departments can offer employees to promote a culture of health and wellness in their units. Ideal for staff meetings, monthly in-service trainings, or annual all-staff gatherings. See list of what we offer. Submit questions and requests to [email protected].

Gluten Free Casseroles - Cooking Class: Friday, February 24, 12:00-1:15 PM, 360 MVR Hall. This is a hands-on class where participants will do the cooking. Join with 20 fellow employees to prepare and enjoy gluten free entrees that provide nourishment for your whole family. Taught by Beth McKinney, RDN and Director of Cornell Wellness. Questions?
