USGA APPROVED OFF-COURSE RETAIL MERCHANTS In accordance with the Master National License Agreement and all related Addenda, Approved Merchants are defined as "all on-course pro shops which are located in the Territory and certain high-end retail stores and quality department stores which are located in the Territory and which, prior to any solicitation and/or sales, the USGA notifies the Licensee in writing have been approved by the USGA, on a case-by-case basis, to be an Approved Merchant.
