Kerala Airports: Kozhikode ,Kannur, Kochi, Thiruvanantapuram a) Quarantine and Testing Guidelines:

• Passengers need to register in JAGRATHA portal (https://covid19jagratha.kerala.nic.in/) • All passengers have to undergo health screening at the point of departure, and only asymptomatic passengers would be allowed to board the plane • All passengers would have to follow social distancing norms and health hygiene protocols at the airport • Thermal screening at exit point shall be arranged • All passengers travelling by air should use face masks/covers during boarding and travel, and must follow hand hygiene, respiratory etiquette, and social distancing norms b) Air Travel Guidelines:

• Asymptomatic passengers will be permitted to go with the advice that they shall self-monitor their health for 14 days • In case, they develop any symptoms, they shall inform the district surveillance officer or the state/national call center (1075) • Those found symptomatic will be isolated and taken to the nearest health facility. They will be assessed for clinical severity at the health facility • Those having moderate severe symptoms will be admitted to dedicated COVID Health facilities and managed accordingly • Arrival passengers need to carry e-pass after registering their details on the portal. • Kozhikode-No counters, e-pass mandate from origin. • Thiruvanantapuram -Passengers without e-pass to undergo institutional quarantine till obtaining it. Passenger will not be sent back. • Kochi-Need to fill form at origin. In case of a miss, passenger can fill a manual form at arrival. However, the health officer will not entertain large numbers. • Passenger should fill self-declaration form provided by Govt of Kerala at departing/origin station. • Passenger must have the entry pass for Kerala plus any other state or UT to which the traveller is finally deciding to go after alighting from flights. c) Road Travel Guidelines: • Own/rented vehicle can be used for travel from airport to home • Entering the state by any means of transport: 14 days home quarantine in case of asymptomatic
