REGULATIONS FOR EXAMINATIONS

Applied Criminology and Police Management for the M.St. Degree: Correction In a Notice published on 30 January 2019 (Reporter, 6535, 2018–19, p. 360), it was noted that Special Regulations for the examination in Applied Criminology and Police Management for the degree of Master of Studies (Degree Apprenticeship) had been approved and that the existing regulations for the examination in the subject had been rescinded. This was incorrect; the original regulations have not been rescinded. For the text of the regulations that have been reinstated, see Statutes and Ordinances, 2018, p. 556.

FORM AND CONDUCT OF EXAMINATIONS Notices by Faculty Boards, or other bodies concerned, of changes to the form and conduct of certain examinations to be held in 2019–20, by comparison with those examinations in 2018–19, are published below. Complete details of the form and conduct of all examinations are available from the Faculties or Departments concerned. Final Examination for the Vet.M.B. Degree, Part III, 2020 The Faculty Board of Veterinary Medicine gives notice that, with effect from the examinations to be held in 2020, the form of examination for the following paper for Part III of the Final Veterinary Examination for the degree of Bachelor of Veterinary Medicine will be changed as follows: Veterinary Public Health The two-hour examination will consist of ten short answer questions (instead of two long answer questions and six short answer questions).

All other papers for Part III of the Final Veterinary Examination remain unchanged.

OBITUARIES

Obituary Notices Sir Stephen John Cleobury, CBE, M.A., Mus.B., FRCM, FRCO, FRSCM, and formerly Organist and Director of Music of King’s College, Member of St John’s College, sometime University Organist, Conductor Laureate of the Cambridge University Musical Society, died on 22 November 2019, aged 70 years.

Professor Michael John Waring, M.A., Ph.D., Sc.D., FRSC, CRAeS, Emeritus Fellow of Jesus College and Member of Downing College, Emeritus Professor of Chemotherapy, died on 16 November 2019, aged 80 years.
