Chủ Đề: “ANH EM HÃY GIỮ MÃI TÌNH HUYNH ĐỆ” - LET MUTUAL LOVE CONTINUE (Hebrews:13:1)

Đó là chủ đề Đại Hội Linh Mục Việt Nam – Hành Trình Emmaus VIII được tổ chức từ Thứ Hai đến Thú Năm, ngày 14 đến 17 tháng 10 năm 2019 tại Trung Tâm Công Giáo Việt Nam và Nhà Thờ Chính Tòa Christ Cathedral, Giáo Phận Orange, California.

Đại hội Linh mục Việt Nam tại Hoa Kỳ: Hành Trình Em- maus VIII đã kết thúc, nhưng âm vang hãy còn đọng lại. Chắc chắn có những khuyết điểm và thiếu sót mà một số anh em linh mục đã nêu lên hay sẽ tiếp tục bổ sung hầu rút kinh nghiệm cho lần tổ chức sau và đã được thông đạt cho Ban Tân Thường Vụ Liên Đoàn.Tuy nhiên Đại hội lần này có những thành công thấy rõ được đó là:

1/ Trọng tâm có những giờ cầu nguyện và nghi lễ sốt sắng trang nghiêm. 2/ Nội dung hội thảo nhắm tới tâm tình chia sẻ cởi mở mà không mang tính trao ban lý thuyết. 3/ Nhiều sinh hoạt vui tươi sống động tạo cơ hội cho anh em linh mục chưa quen biết được làm quen với nhau. 4/ Tạo bầu khí cho các linh mục sống với gia đình, hay thăm viếng bạn cũ, gặp lại con chiên thân quen ngay chính giữa khung cảnh của Hành Trình Emmaus VIII.
