BridgeCourt Redevelopment Project Emeryville, California In Emeryville, CA, as part of the larger East Baybridge redevelopment project, an abandoned rail yard was redeveloped into the BridgeCourt. This property housed a 50-year old, four-acre coal pile that was owned by the University of Iowa.
