No injuries were reported, however the home sustained minimal damage and a neighbor’s Jeep was crushed by the felled tree. According to a neighbor, the home’s elderly resident has no electricity, phone service or air conditioning. Con Edison workers are currently working on restoring power to the home after the tree was cleared from the area.
