Scope: A multi-billion dollar new heritage resort, residential, cultural and retail destination on the western edge of Riyadh. It comprises 24 five star hotels with 3,000 rooms, two 132kV substations, 55km of roads of which 15km will be tunnels, and a utility network totaling 6.7km

It will also comprise 7 different museums, golf course, equestrian centre, visitor centre, 12,000 residential units, 16 hotels and 500,000 square metres of retail space
