Terms and Conditions of Eastern and Beijing Airpass Special Promotion 1. The Eastern China and Beijing Airpass (“China Airpass”) Special Promotion (“Special Promotion”) is subject to these Terms and Conditions. By purchasing the China Airpass under Special Promotion, you shall be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. 2. Passenger is required to provide a valid Fortune Wings Club (FWC) membership number upon purchasing and/or managing the China Airpass. If the passenger is not a FWC member, he/she may enroll FWC membership via official website www.hongkongairlines.com. No corporate body is allowed. 3. The sales period of the Special Promotion is from 22 September 2020 to 30 September 2020 (both dates inclusive) (Hong Kong/local time). 4. The China Airpass includes a set of 3 round-trips economy class tickets for the flights between Hong Kong

and Beijing (PEK)/ Eastern China (Shanghai Pudong (PVG)/Shanghai Hongqiao (SHA)/ Hangzhou (HGH)/Nanjing

(NKG)). One-way ticket is not allowed. 5. The China Airpass is valid for 1 year from its date of purchase (“Validity”). 6. The ticket(s) issued under the China Airpass is applicable to travel during Validity with blackout periods apply as stated in below clause 11, and is only applicable for economy class tickets on flights marketed and operated by Hong Kong Airlines (“HKA”). Not available for special flights, chartered flights or code- share flights. 7. Purchaser may not be the passenger himself/herself. The name of each of the nominated passenger and the destination(s) of the 3 round-trip tickets shall be fixed at the time of purchasing the China Airpass. No change of the name of nominated passenger is allowed and therefore the ticket under China Airpass is non- transferable. 8. Booking is not completed or accepted by Hong Kong Airlines until payment has been received and booking reference has been issued. 9. Customers can purchase and manage the China Airpass through Hong Kong Airlines official website, Hong Kong Airlines mobile application and Customer Service Centre. 10. 11. The ticket(s) issued under the China Airpass is subject to the following blackout periods: Routes Blackout Periods Hong Kong (HKG) to/from Beijing (PEK)/ Eastern 2021: 30 January-24 February, 31 March-4 April, China (Shanghai Pudong (PVG)/Shanghai Hongqiao 28-30 September (SHA)/ Hangzhou (HGH)/Nanjing (NKG))

12. The ticket(s) issued under the China Airpass is only applicable for economy class (sub-class X). 13. The number of seats available for each booking sub-class on each flight for the ticket issued under the China Airpass is limited and on a first-come-first-served basis. 14. The price includes all government and airport taxes/fees/charges, carrier surcharges and Passenger Fuel Surcharges, but excludes those collected by government or airport during check in (“Additional Charges”). For ticket cancellations, where applicable, the Hong Kong Passenger Security Charge, the Hong Kong Air Passenger Departure Tax, and the Hong Kong International Airport Construction Fee will be refunded without any administration fees. 15. Additional Charges are subject to destination(s) selected by the passengers and currency fluctuation. 16. The price of the China Airpass only applies to adult tickets (adult price also applies to those aged 2 - 11). For purchase of child tickets (aged 2 - 11) and infant tickets (aged below 2) which are not occupying seats, please contact the Customer Service Centre for more information. 17. The China Airpass purchased is subject to the below stay validity period: Routes Maximum Stay

18. No-show fee and refund fee are subject to fare rules as applicable to each origin and destination. Please see clauses 20 and 22 below. Voluntary re-routing to other destinations within Eastern China region is allowed. 19. For passengers re-routing the tickets mentioned in clause 18 above, no re-routing fee will be charged, but shall pay any applicable difference of the Additional Charges subject to destinations selected by the passengers and currency fluctuations.

20. A no-show fee will be charged except passenger cancels or rebooks the flight tickets at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled flight departure time. 21. Passenger is permitted to re-book the tickets issued under the China Airpass within the Validity of the China Airpass and subject to the Additional Charges difference of corresponding destinations. Tickets issued under the China Airpass are non-transferable, and sectors in each ticket must be used in sequence. 22. Refund is not allowed for partially used ticket(s) issued under the China Airpass (even a sector of one of the round-trips). 23. The China Airpass under Special Promotion is not valid in conjunction with any other promotions offered by Hong Kong Airlines. 24. FWC member travelling with the China Airpass ticket is eligible for FWC point accrual. Point credit will be based on actual flown distance and booking sub-class and is subject to FWC’s terms and conditions. 25. You are advised to check with the latest Government outbound/inbound travel alert or immigration restrictions for both departure/arrival destinations before planning your trip, including but not limited to those measures in relation to COVID-19. You acknowledge that such measures may be adopted rapidly which sometimes occur during your travel. 26. Customers are welcome to contact us for any enquiries regarding the usage and booking of China Airpass. 27. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall confer any third party rights or benefits. 28. The General Conditions of Carriage (Passengers And Baggage) published by Hong Kong Airlines applies (subject to change from time to time) and are available on Hong Kong Airlines' official website. 29. Hong Kong Airlines reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. 30. If there is any inconsistency or ambiguity between the English and Chinese version of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail. 31. In the event of any dispute regarding any of these Terms and Conditions, the decision of Hong Kong Airlines shall be final. 32. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

Terms and Conditions of Airpass 1. The Airpass is subject to these Terms and Conditions. By purchasing the Airpass, you shall be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. 2. The Airpass includes a set of 3 or 5 round-trips economy/ (as applicable) tickets for the flights between Hong Kong and any of the following destinations as mentioned in below clause 7. One- way ticket is not allowed. 5. The Airpass is valid for 1 year from its date of purchase (“Validity”). 6. The ticket(s) issued under the Airpass is applicable to travel during Validity with blackout periods apply as stated in below clause 12, and is only applicable for economy class and/or business class (if applicable) tickets on flights marketed and operated by Hong Kong Airlines (“HKA”). Not available for special flights, chartered flights or code-share flights. 7. 8. Purchaser may not be the passenger himself/herself.
