1. Nomination papers may be obtained from the offices of the Returning Officer, Electoral Services, County Hall, Beverley, HU17 9BA Monday to Thursday 9am to 5pm and Friday 9am to 4pm (excluding bank holidays).

2. Nomination papers must be delivered to the Returning Officer, Electoral Services, County Hall, Beverley, HU17 9BA on any day from the date of this notice, on Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm (4.00pm on Fridays) (excluding bank holidays) but no later than 4pm on WEDNESDAY 3 APRIL 2019.

3. If an election is contested the poll will take place on THURSDAY 2 MAY 2019.

4. Applications to register to vote must reach the Electoral Registration Officer, Electoral Services, County Hall, Beverley, HU17 9BA by 12 midnight on 12 APRIL 2019.

5. Applications, amendments or cancellations of postal votes and postal proxy votes must reach the Electoral Registration Officer, Electoral Services, County Hall, Beverley, HU17 9BA by 5pm on 15 APRIL 2019, if they are to be effective for this election.

6. Applications to vote by proxy at this election must reach the Electoral Registration Officer at Electoral Services, County Hall, Beverley, HU17 9BA by 5pm on 24 APRIL 2019, if they are to be effective for this election.

7. Applications to vote by emergency proxy at this election on the grounds of physical incapacity or for work/service reasons can be made after 5.00pm on 24 APRIL 2019 and must reach the Electoral Registration Officer at Electoral Services, County Hall, Beverley, HU17 9BA by 5pm on 2 MAY 2019. The physical incapacity must have occurred after 5pm on 24 APRIL 2019. To apply on the grounds of work/service, the person must have become aware that they cannot go to the polling station in person after 5pm on 24 APRIL 2019.
