There were 36,535 residents estimated to be living in the Community Council area when the latest Census was conducted on 27th March 2011. This profile highlights some of the key information for the area. • Dulwich has a higher proportion of residents aged under 15 (21%) than both the and national averages of 19%. The area has the highest proportion of residents aged 65+ in the Borough (10%), however this is still below the national average of 16%. • The majority of residents in Dulwich are White (72%) and this is the highest in the Borough, although still below the national average of 85%.
