NOC required for defence NOC. * We represented since land belongs to NHAI and NOC from NHAI has obtained and submitted should consider. Also pipeline will be cross the NH by HDD method at a depth of 6-8 m, OFC will not at all disturbed. * Though they have not considered our and inform to get defences NOC. Further 04.07.2019 State Govt. Recommended once again to MOEF RO office 7 MOEF RO Bhopal Retuned the proposal 6-GJB05/2018-BHO/933 dtd. 78 days with following observations: 20.09.2019 uploaded it on *Certified copy of CA breakup and CA details for portal on 26.09.2019 area 3.943 ha as per minutes of REC meeting dated 10.10.2018 agenda no.10.
*The State Govt. needs to justify the requirement of 10 m width of forest land for laying of only 36” dia single pipeline
