Land Observations - ‘Roman Roads EP’

Land Observations aka London based artist and guitarist, James Brooks, is releasing his debut 7" vinyl EP and also announcing his debut live performance at the Roundhouse, as part of the Short Circuit Presents Mute, festival, on 13 -14 May. The release sees Brooks exploring the relationship between layered, repetitive Electric 6 string guitar and motoric rhythms, via an interest in the concept of historic roads. The EP is a taster

for a full-length album of layered guitar compositions inspired by the major Track Listings: Roman roads that existed in Britain & Europe. 1. Viae (In C Major) 2. Octavian to Augustus 3.
