CAUTION!! - When submitting a BIG EYE TUNA a photograph of the liver should be taken clearly depicting the blood vessel striations on the edge of the liver. - When submitting a Mangrove or Grey Snapper a photograph should be taken of the roof of the fish’s mouth showing the arrow like tooth patch…and the lower jaw showing small teeth. - When submitting a Blue Marlin every effort should be made to take a photo showing that the pectoral fin has freedom of movement. - When submitting a Bluefin Tuna taken in the southern hemisphere (e.g., Australia, New Zealand, South Africa), submit a photo clearly showing the color of the caudal keel at the base of the tail.
