ƒ Aku Ankka Lataamo was a digital forerunner in former Sanoma Magazines Finland – We created new processes in service development, editorial work, marketing, sales and in business management – Launched in mid August 2013 (soft launch June 2013) ƒ Big advertising campaign ƒ Successful launch, positive feedback from users ƒ The initial subscription process was complicated using traditional print product sales systems (only invoice) – Recurring credit card payment possibility with one month free trial in November ƒ The subscription process was made shorter than previously ƒ Supporting advertising campaign
