Employees may select to undertake elements individually, or as a whole suite, depending on their choice of working style. These capabilities range from modes of communication to methods of sharing knowledge, and more.

One challenge that organisations face is that they see all of the elements as a must have, and this is often daunting. The benefits that are available as a result of the workplace and collaboration transformation programs will be delivered by integrating collaboration capabilities with the right devices and supported by concurrent enabling programs.
