Attendees: Daren Jairam – Purchasing Coordinator & Chairman Pamela Landi – Evaluation Committee Member CMGR David Archacki – Evaluation Committee Member EM/U Todd DeJesus – Evaluation Committee Member LS Absent:
Purpose: the Evaluation Committee to review, select or rank proposals/presentations made for Disaster Debris Monitoring Services from the following Proposers: 1. Tetra Tec.
Motions: 1. To accept Tetra Tec proposal was made by Pamela Landi and seconded by Todd DeJesus – Motion Unanimously Approved
2. To recommend moving forward with Tetra Tec as the committee choice for Commission approval was made Pamela Landi and seconded by Todd DeJesus – Motion Approved
3. To adjourn was made by Todd DeJesus and seconded by Pamela Landi – Motion Unanimously Approved
Discussion/Comments 1. Meeting was called to order at 9:30 a.m. by Daren Jairam, Purchasing Coordinator. 2. Mr. Jairam then proceeded with the collection of Conflict of Interest statements and outlined the proceeding of the meeting. 3. Mr. Archacki explained the role of the monitoring service company in the event of a disaster. 4. The committee proceeded to evaluate and score Tetra Tec. 5. Tetra Tec scored 189 points out of a total of 300 by the evaluation committee, one member abstained from scoring. 6. After scoring the Proposal, Mrs. Landi motioned that the committee move forward with Tetra Tec as the committee recommendation to the City Commissioners for approval. 7. Mr. Jairam provided the committee members copies of the Reference Check Questionnaire results which was favorable to Tetra Tec. 8. The committee will reconvene on June 8th, 2017 at 7:30 am to approve minutes.

9. There being no other discussion, a motion to adjourn was made by Mr. DeJesus and seconded Mrs. Landi. The motion carried and the meeting was adjourned at 9:40 a.m.
