I. CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL The meeting was called to order by Acting Chairperson CAO/Workgroup Secretary Donna Lobaito at 10:02 am.

III. APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES FROM THE JANUARY 19, 2017 MEETING
Motion by Morgan, second by Paulus to approve the minutes of the January 19, 2017 meeting.
Upon a voice vote, all voted aye and the motion carried unanimously.
A. Security Procedures ( 5 ILCS 120/2(c) 8)
Motion by Riess, second by Morgan to enter into Executive Session for Security Purposes ( 5 ILCS 120/2( c) 8) and Executive Session minutes 5ILCS 120/ 2( c) 21).
Roll call vote: Ayes: Lobaito, Riess, Morgan, Paulus Nays: None Abstain: None Absent: Kazenas Motion carried.
The Workgroup moved into Executive Session at 10: 05 a.m. for Security Purposes ( 5 ILCS 120/2(c) 8) and Executive Session minutes ( 5ILCS 120/ 2( c) 21). The Workgroup reconvened at 10: 15 a.m.
V. CONSIDERATION OF THE RELEASE OF EXECUTIVE SESSION MINUTES
A. May 19, 2016 B. September 15, 2016 C. November 17, 2016 D. January 19, 2017
Motion by Morgan, second by Paulus to approve the release of Executive Session minutes identified in A through D above.
Ms. Lobaito stated there was still a need to maintain confidentiality with the Executive Session minutes identified in A through D above.
Upon a voice vote, all voted nay and the motion failed unanimously.
VI. ADJOURNMENT
Motion by Paulus, second by Morgan to adjourn the meeting.
Upon a voice vote, all voted aye and the motion carried unanimously.
The meeting adjourned at 10: 19 a.m.
