Veneto
Veneto is a wine region in north-eastern Italy. Valpolicella is typically made from three grape varieties: Corvina, Rondinella, and Molinara. The most famous type of red wine is Amarone, which is a wine made from grapes that have been dried to concentrate their juice. This method is called “passito”.
