o ZAD Egypt is originally a and beverage consultancy company established in Cairo in 1994. They provide with studies and researches in the field of food and beverage either for local or foreign business people in Egypt and some other Arab countries such as Saudi Arabia and UAE. o ZAD Egypt also runs a series of restaurants whether with the various seating moods suitable for business meetings or walk-ins, as well as romantic dinners. A dine around option for outdoor lovers, or Lebanese appreciators. Hereunder are examples of the restaurants completely run by ZAD Egypt as follows: o Cuba Cabana: Located in one of Maadi’s calmest neighborhoods, Cuba Cabana Restaurant offers its clientele a variety of Latin, Exotic and International . Its open-air seating and flavoring ambiance makes it suitable for all day round gatherings, welcoming groups as well as walk-ins. o Tanoureen Lebanese Restaurant: Being the most popular of all Middle Eastern cuisines, Lebanese Food has a distinct flavor to it, thanks to a rich cultural history and secret recipes kept for ages. o Mr. Talal has visited Thailand beforehand 3 years ago and been astonished with the Thai food and flavor, so he has decided to open a Thai restaurant in Egypt on the heels of the Thai style adopted in Thailand. o Mr. Talal has allocated an area of around 300 sq.m. for the Thai indigenous restaurant excluding the surrounding areas and warehouses. He intends to recruit the whole main staff from Thailand specially chefs. o He also would like to connect the Thai restaurant with a small showroom for some other Thai products such as furniture, accessories, gift items, food ingredients.

o All Thai, this is the concept Mr. Talal would adopt starting from structure, fittings, equipment, decoration and even material used. He decided to import the utensils and equipment from Thailand. Even literature to be provided in the place will be focusing on the Thai culture, lifestyle and news. o Furthermore Thai massage would have a lion’s share in his project as he intends to provide these services for visitors as a reflexology for the sake of disseminating such culture in Egypt. o In order to achieve this idea Mr. Talal will travel to Thailand during the coming period in coincidence with one of the Fairs and exhibitions organized in in 2013 to check for the Thai suppliers of the targeted products and survey the food business community there. He will inform the Thai Trade Center Cairo upon decision. o He would like Thai Trade Center, Cairo to launch him the pre-registration of the Fair and also to arrange some matchmaking with Thai suppliers and exporters for the targeted products at the time of the visit. o He also would like TTC to guide him to the Thai cuisine data and cooking schools in Thailand in order to get adequate knowledge on the Thai food cooking and serving. o ZAD Egypt would have a project also to act a liaison point for the Thai business people who may need any assistance to enter the Egyptian market as they could serve as consultants for the Thai businessmen.
