FINAL EVENT INFORMATION & INSTRUCTIONS

CIRCUIT ADDRESS: NN12 8TN

Vehicle access for the weekend is only through the Silverstone Main Gate, via the Dadford Road.

ACCESS TO THE PADDOCKS: The Masters Support Paddock will be behind the National Pits towards the Copse area (see map below).

The Paddock will open for setup from 07h30 to 18h00 on Thursday 15th July. Set up can only take place during these hours and our paddock must be complete by 18h00 on Thursday.

TICKETS and CREDENTIALS: Credentials are required to enter the Circuit commencing Thursday, 15th July.

All drivers, teams and personnel must collect their credentials from an area in Car Park 49 (exact location to be confirmed) on arrival at the circuit. Access to the circuit will not be allowed if you have not collected your pass.

In order to collect your pass, you must:

- Bring proof of ID - Bring a valid negative PCR test, undertaken within 96 hours of arrival or proof of your full vaccination (vaccine card or NHS app acceptable) - Sign the FIA Covid-19 Code of Conduct ‘Attendee Commitment’

You may collect passes on another person’s behalf but you must have the above details for that person with you in order to do so.

COVID PROTOCOL: As a Support Race at the GP, we are bound to abide with the FIA Appendix S protocols. This will mean that our Support Paddock is also our ‘Support Bubble’ for the weekend. Movements out of this area are restricted and social mixing is not advised outside of this group. There will be turnstiles at the entrance of our paddock and only Masters Support Race passes will be allowed access into this area.

As well as the PCR test / Vaccine Certificates you need to present in order to get your Credentials, all Masters issued passholders in our paddocks (drivers, preparers, family & guests) will also be required to undertake a further PCR Test within 24 Hours of arriving on site at Silverstone. This is a mandatory requirement. These tests will take place at the Eurofins testing booths, just outside of our paddock. There is no need to book the tests in advance - we will confirm further details of the account details you need to access this service in a separate email. We will receive reports of who has not completed this test, so please help us by managing you and your teams’ test requirements.

The initial test costs will be allocated against a Masters account and we will invoice you for your tests after the event. The estimated cost per test is 100€.

FACE MASKS: Face Masks must be worn throughout the weekend in the Support Paddock and Pit Lane.

MASTERS RACE INFORMATION APP: After successful trials of the Masters Race Information App at and Paul Ricard, we will be using the App as our main portal for grid information at Silverstone. Thank you to those of you who have already downloaded the app – we just ask that you join the race group for the GP Support Race now please.

For those of you that haven’t joined up, the Masters Race Information App is available to all our Drivers, Teams and Preparers, please ensure you and your team have downloaded the App from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store - just search for ‘Masters Historic Racing’ - and register your account before Silverstone. Thank you.

PADDOCK PLAN: The Masters Support Paddock will not be open to the public.

Parking up will be on a first-come-first-served basis on arrival. Space is limited in this area so please ensure you condense your set up but also ensure it is presentable for the weekend.

There are power and water hook-ups in this area.

No holes nor other damage may be caused to any paved surfaces. Tent and awnings must be held down by weights - no tent pegs of any kind are allowed. Silverstone Circuit will monitor compliance.

PRIVATE CAR PARKING Each entry will receive a car park pass for a private car to access the car park next to our Paddock (see map - the parking area is behind the cafeteria). Parking passes will be handed out when credentials are collected.

SCRUTINEERING & SIGN-ON Sign-On will happen remotely by electronic means before the event. Scrutineering will also be by way of self- certification. There will be scrutineering spot checks in the paddock and pit lane before each session.

Please complete the Competitor Sign-on and Declaration form, attached, and return it to [email protected] by Tuesday 13th, at 16h00.

CIRCUIT MAP ON-LINE: The GP circuit length is 5.89km.

ENTRY LIST The provisional entry list for the Masters Historic Racing Support Race is now available – you can find a copy here. You must run with the race number that you have been allocated – no exceptions please.

TYRE AND FUEL PARTNERS: Our partners from Anglo American Oil Company and Dunlop / HP Tyres will be in situ from Thursday through to Saturday:

• Anglo American Oil Company will support us at the Silverstone GP with the Sunoco race fuels in drums – not from their pumps. Please note that you need to pre-order the fuel for this event latest by Tuesday the 13th at 12pm. The fuel will be delivered to your awning Thursday late PM or early Friday AM. They will stay on site until Sunday afternoon. Please contact them on 01929 551557 or email [email protected]

• Dunlop / HP Tyres - They will be onsite from Thursday through to Saturday afternoon. Please ensure you pre- order your tyres by calling 01327 301887 or emailing [email protected]

The Fuel Station in the National Paddock will also be open for service.

SUPPORT VEHICLE USAGE Support Vehicles may be used to transport equipment to the National Pit Lane but may not be used to carry team members/guests. Passes to allow Support Vehicles to move in and out of the venue will not be available.

CATERING IN THE PADDOCKS: We have been advised that the National Paddock Cafeteria will not be open to our Support Bubble. We would advise you to be self-sufficient and bring your own food/ drink where possible.

ONBOARD CAMERAS: No onboard camera whatsoever may be carried on or attached to a race car at any point during the event: it is strictly prohibited and monitored by Formula 1. Please ensure you remove any evidence of on-board cameras, or recording equipment, before your first session on track. No exceptions.

PERSONAL ADVERTISING: Management will not allow any Masters race cars to carry any form of advertising on the cars, apart from Masters Historic Racing stickers. Any team personnel may not carry any tobacco advertising on their team wear. This rule will be strictly monitored and enforced:

RADIO COMMUNICATIONS: You may not use any pit-to-car radios or team-to-team radios. No exceptions.

SECURITY: 24-hour security will be provided in the support paddock from midnight on Wednesday 14th July through to midnight on Sunday 18th July

TRANSPONDER: Timing is provided by Formula 1. They will come to the Masters paddock prior to the first session to check if your transponder is compatible and working. Should this not be the case, they will issue you with a transponder for the weekend.

Please return any borrowed transponder before leaving the circuit on Sunday.

PADDOCK BREAKDOWN: • Sunday: breakdown and leaving the circuit is only possible until 06h00 after which, no movement of trucks will be allowed until the F1 race has started at 15h00. • You may remain in the Paddock until Monday morning
