Baronial Regnum 12

From the Chronicler:

February and the start of the season in Atlantia!

With a growing availability of events in these first months of this season, it is almost too difficult to decide where to attend. Beginning with University on February 7th and the Tournament of Ymir on the weekend of February 28th, its almost enough to get over excited, but then check the upcoming month of March and we see the weekend following Ymir's tournament that the Kingdom Arts and Science Festival is on March 7th, Gulf Wars the weekend after, and Tir-Y-Don's baronial anniversary and investiture on the 28th!

If you have been the cricket at play all winter, it is time to learn from the industrious ants and get your gear ready for action! other activities have been popping up locally as we have seen the first meeting of the Marinus Scriptorium, hosted by Lady Cordell, Dance and Music gatherings being scheduled, and other interest groups forming. Stay tuned, get active, and have FUN!

Just a reminder, PLEASE check often in the unofficial Facebook pages for general discussions and quick updates to Marinus activities. Sometimes scheduling adjustments must be made and use of the Facebook media is often the most rapid means to notify the populace, as in the quick decision to alter our previously scheduled Thursday night activities at the good church that permits our us of their meeting room.

If you havent heard, Marinus has been asked to support the Southampton Renaissance Faire by providing on-site (camping opportunity!) demonstrations and entertainment for the weekend of April 24th. We will look to setup starting at noon on the 24th followed by Renn Faire fun promptly at 10am on the 25th and again on the 26th. See Catalina (she is communicating and coordinating via a Facebook group page) , or our Seneschal Jean Maurice, for more information AND to volunteer!

Herr Gunther von Lindenwald
