Take Exit 14 from the M50. At the roundabout take the fi rst left after the ESB exit onto the Leopardstown Road (N31), direction Dun Laoghaire/Leopardstown. Follow directions below from point no. 2 onwards. M50 NORTHBOUND 1. Take Exit 13 (R113) from the M50 signposted Sandyford/Dundrum. Veer left just before the roundabout, at the top of the road, at the lights, take the fi rst left (sign-posted Kilgobbin), follow the road, at the traffi c lights, turn left crossing back over the M50, another roundabout, fi rst turning is ESB, take the next left, N31 direction Dun Laoghaire/Leopardstown onto the Leopardstown Road. 2. On the Leopardstown Road, pass on your right Clayton Hotel and The Bank of America building. At the junction, where the LUAS bridge passes overhead, take a right hand turn onto Leopardstown Road (R113). 3. Continue to follow the Leopardstown Road, pass the turning to Torquay road on your right. The Leopardstown Road will become Newtownpark Avenue (R113) after you cross over the N11. Continue down Newtownpark Avenue until the end of the road. Samson House, Sweetman’s Avenue, 4. Turn left into Temple Hill and continue straight until it becomes Frascati Road (N31). Blackrock, Co.
