ARWA 2020 Transportation Guide
Dear participants,
The official recommended hotel of ARWA 2020 conference is Ya’ao International Hotel. The followings are some tips for how to get to the hotel. Please note that now There are two international airports in Beijing. One is Beijing Capital International Airport, another is Beijing Daxing International Airport.
From Beijing Capital International Airport to Ya’ao International Hotel
1. By Airport Limousine Bus
Tips: ⚫ There is only one line (Line 6) of Airport Limousine Bus to get to Ya’ao International Hotel directly. It is a very convenient way if you like to take the Limousine Bus. ⚫ Please prepare cash to buy bus ticket. ⚫ To take Line 6, please go through Gate 7 in Terminal 3, and through Gate 11 in Terminal 2, to get to the first floor. ⚫ If you have other questions, you can enquire directly to the information desk, or call +86-010- 96158.

2. By Taxi
Tips: ⚫ You’d better prepare cash to pay taxi fare please. ⚫ The taxi fare is about ￥80-90 if you start from T1 or T2. The taxi fare is about￥90-100 if you start form T3, and the airport highway has an additional ￥10 toll fare, for which a receipt is provided. ⚫ The estimated travel time between taxi stations and the hotel is about 40-50 mins. Travel time and taxi fare may exceed if have traffic jams. ⚫ To take taxi, please go through Terminal Gate on the first floor in T1 or T2, and through Terminal Gate on the Basement floor in T3. ⚫ Any other questions, you can enquire directly to the information desk. ⚫ Please show the following Chinese name and address of the hotel to the taxi driver if needed.

From Beijing Daxing International Airport to Ya’ao International Hotel
1. By Subway
Tips: ⚫ Please take Daxing Airport Express firstly. You’d better prepare 10-yuan paper notes to pay for metro fare on the service desk. You can also buy the ticket using 10-yuan paper note on Beijing Metro Ticket machine. ⚫ The get-off station is Bei Sha Tan (Exit B2). To get there, you need to transfer among different lines. One is Daxing Airport Express (from Daxing Airport to Cao Qiao), and another is Beijing Urban Rail Transit. Please take Daxing Airport Express firstly and then get off at Cao Qiao station and transfer to Line 10. Here, you need to buy ticket again. Then, please get off at Song Jia Zhuang station and transfer to line 5. Then, please get off at Datun East station and transfer to line 15 and get off at Bei Sha Tan (Exit B2). You don’t need to buy additional ticket within transfer from line 10 to line 15. The transfer map is shown as below. ⚫ The estimated total travel time is about 110 mins, and fare may be about ￥41-56. ⚫ Any other questions, you can enquire directly to the station staff, or call +86-010-96165. ⚫ You can show the Chinese name of the get off station to the station staff if needed:

1. By Subway
Tips: ⚫ You’d better prepare some 10-yuan paper notes to pay for metro fare on the service desk. From Beijing West Railway Station to Ya’ao International Hotel
1. By Subway
