TRIPLICITY is a genre defying instrumental collaboration emphasizing experimentation, , melodicism, and the vibe of a raging rock show. Consisting of seasoned veterans Frank Alexander (Bass), Bongo John Metcalf (Percussion), and Yontz Sucre(Guitar), all members are passionate writers, players, and producers in the Raleigh NC area.

Frank Alexander (Bass): After relocating from California to Maryland as a boy, Frank Alexander began playing electric bass in junior high and never looked back. Throughout high school he performed regularly with and Cold Shot before beginning his education journey at Montgomery Junior College, where he majored in theory and performance on the . Performance and recording opportunities throughout the Washington, D.C.-area with various small jazz ensembles and big bands soon followed and ultimately led to a year-long engagement at the well-known local restaurant Vignola's, a chance to record a local TV commercial with celebrated saxophonist Chris Vidala, and even the chance to perform for Mr. and Mrs. Ted Kennedy at her Potomac, MD bridal shower. Today, while still maintaining an active performance schedule both with Triplicity and his fledgling acoustic project, Reckless Radio, Frank also devotes himself to production work for his home-based studio Luz Gruv Productions, wherein he records cues, themes and voiceover work for digital and broadcast media.

Bongo John (Drums): Bongo John Metcalf is an artist developing a notable reputation in the RTP area for his skills as a drummer, percussionist, keyboard player, songwriter, and recording engineer. With an eclectic taste in song-writing, he has managed to work with several styles/genres of music, such as rock, jam-band, , pop, , folk, jazz, blues, drum-n-bass, , world beat & classical. In his 17+ years living in the Raleigh area, he has recorded/performed with many artists, which include: Yo Mamma's Big Fat Booty Band, Lisa Furukawa, Rubber Gypsy, Monkey Navigated Robots, Jason Adamo, Zegg, and Hipslack.

Yontz Sucre (Guitar): Yontz Sucre is a well reputed guitarist in the Raleigh NC area. His style derives from genres of metal, rock, pop, jazz, & alternative, with a focus on introspective and lyrical melodies, preferring the art of the song to the display of technique. Working mosty as a trio player with Bass and Drums he has been in numerous instrumental projects with local musician heavyweights including Tony Miller, E. Scott Warren, Sean Geist, Steve Giesige, Paul Kollar (), and Chris Wilkes, Mark Thompson, Todd Proctor, Joshua Feldman (drummers) In the past he has been involved in pop metal, cover bands, grunge rock, heavy alternative, and was a founding member of Stinkfist - a tribute to Tool, as well as being a fixture on the infamous Crowleys jam scene and many others. He also has two solo project albums: "Electric Jam" and "Out of nothing" with a third album "Pandemoneum" in production.
