Shipping All APM Direct products must be shipped within the 48 continental United States. Products are shipped via UPS, or common carrier. Sales tax will only be applied if you reside in Pennsylvania. Lead Times: 15-20 business days Shipping Charge: $39.95 per order

Delivery All cabinets and vanities will be shipped to you assembled. Each cabinet/vanity will be placed in an individual carton and then palletized. All deliveries are made by a common carrier. The carrier will call you to set-up a delivery time for your tailgate delivery. You must be present for delivery and be able to remove the cabinets/vanities from the tailgate of the truck and move them into your home. You may request a lift gate delivery, however you will be responsible for the additional cost. Damages We make every effort possible to ensure that you receive your order without damage, however on occasion there are conditions beyond our control that will cause damage during the shipping process.

After you place your order we will both email and send a letter to you stating the procedures you are to follow when accept- ing your cabinet order. These procedures include noting if your order came to you palletized and shrink wrapped, inspection of your shipment, and noting any damages to the boxes and/or cabinets. By following the instructions we provide, you will assist us in filing any necessary freight claims and will expedite the shipment of any replacement parts or cabinets.

Marsh framed cabinetry, by Marsh Furniture, offers a wide selection of quality constructed kitchen and bath cabinetry to satisfy both your style and price range. Cabinet styles include flat panel, raised panel, and arched raised panel. The Marsh framed line of cabinets includes styles constructed from white melamine, maple or oak. Maple and oak styles are available in your choice of finishes, offering you many options.

Framed cabinets have an outer frame surrounding each door and drawer. For two door cabinets a center stile separates each door.

Customize your kitchen with the addition of glass front wall cabinets, pantry roll-out trays, wine racks, bookcases, pull-out waste baskets and more. Many accessories are offered in order to customize the look and feel of your kitchen.

Please use this information as a guideline to understanding framed cabinetry. If you have any additional questions, please contact customer service at 800-237-7470 for further assistance.

General • Cabinets are not pre-drilled for decorative hardware. • Hardware is not required for operation, reverse bevel on doors and drawers permit opening without hardware. • Optional knobs and pulls can be ordered separately, available on page 17. • Hinges are fully hidden (exception: Aurora has semi-concealed hinges). • All maple and oak styles have a light maple wood-grain interior. Exterior ends match the front of the cabinet.

Wall Cabinets • All single door wall cabinets come hinged on the right side. With the exception of Parkwood Arch and Arch Florence, all wall cabinets can be inverted. • When ordering Parkwood Arch and Arch Florence single door wall cabinets please specify RH (right) or LH (left), indicating the side of the hinge. • Glass wall cabinets are sold without glass. Manufacturer recommends purchasing 1/8” double strength glass from a local supplier. Doors are pre-drilled for the supplied retainer clips.

Base Cabinets • All single door base cabinets come hinged on the right. Doors are reversible. • Base cabinets do not come with finished toe kicks. In order to get a matching toe kick you must purchase them separately (item number TP-96, page 14). • All drawers are made from 5/8” wood fiberboard with lip tenon joints on the sides and backs. The drawer bottoms are 3/16” furniture grade composition board grooved into all sides. Drawer upgrades are available, upgrading drawers to 5/8” maple with dove tailed construction. Filler Strips and End Panels • Flat fillers and end panels can be trimmed to your specified width.

High Point full access cabinetry, by Marsh Furniture, offers a wide selection of quality constructed kitchen and bath cabinetry to satisfy both your style and price range. Cabinet styles range from flat panel, raised panel, and arched raised panel to the new Shaker and Mission styles. The High Point full access line of cabinets includes styles constructed from white melamine, maple or cherry. Maple and cherry styles are available in your choice of finishes, offering you many options.

Full Access (frameless) cabinets do not have any outer frames or stiles. The entire cabinet box is covered with the doors creating easy, full access to objects within the cabinet. Since there is no frame to separate the operating door(s) from adjacent cabinets, special attention will need to be taken when planning your kitchen. Filler strips may be necessary to ensure the cabinet doors and drawers operate properly.

High Point Cabinetry, by Marsh Furniture, is certified by the Kitchen Cabinet Manufacturer’s Association (KCMA). All High Point full access cabinets are shipped assembled within 15-20 business days directly from the manufacturer’s facilities to our customers.

Please use this information as a guideline to understanding full access cabinetry. If you have any additional questions, please contact customer service at 800-237-7470 for further assistance.

General • Cabinets are not pre-drilled for decorative knobs and pulls. • Knobs and pulls are required to open doors and drawers. Sold separately. Available on page 36. • Hinges are fully hidden. • Cherry is a beautiful warm wood with red undertones that deepen in color and depth with the passage of time. This is a natural occurrence of this species of wood and is not a defect in quality and standards. • All maple and cherry styles have a light maple wood-grain interior and exterior. Exposed end panels require changing the exposed end exterior to wood veneer, finished to match the door finish. Please designate which ends should be veneered. See page 34 for additional pricing.

Wall Cabinets • All single door wall cabinets come hinged on the right side. With the exception of Georgetown Arch, all wall cabinets can be inverted. • When ordering Georgetown Arch single door wall cabinets please specify RH (right) or LH (left), indicating the side of the hinge. • Glass wall cabinets are sold without glass. Manufacturer recommends purchasing 1/8” double strength glass from a local supplier. Doors are pre-drilled for the supplied retainer clips. • Cabinet ends are not finished for the maple and cherry styles. Finish ends are priced separately (see page 34).

Base Cabinets • All single door base cabinets come hinged on the right. Doors are reversible. • Base cabinets do not come with finished toe kicks. In order to get a matching toe kick you must purchase them separately (item number TP-96, page 32). • All drawers are made from 5/8” solid maple plywood (natural finish) with dove tailed construction. • Cabinet ends are not finished for the maple and cherry styles. Finished ends are priced separately (see page 34).

Filler Strips and End Panels • Fillers and end panels are available in two options: flat or with overlays. Those with overlays contain a finished raised panel resembling the cabinet doors. Due to the decorative raised panel those with overlays should not be trimmed. Flat fillers and end panels are ideal for trimming to your specified width. • All corner applications will need a filler strip in order to give the doors and drawers clearance to be operable. Special consideration should be given to applications with appliances in the corner.

and Drawers Glide Base Cabinet Wall Cabinet A Ends: 5/8” thick, 48 lb. density, industrial grade particleboard impregnated with thermal fused melamine on the interior and exterior with white melamine on all white lines and a natural maple color melamine on all wood lines. The ends are PVC edge-banded on 3 sides for wall cabinets / 1 side for base cabinets for a finished appearance matching the exterior of the cabinet. The ends are doweled in 5 positions for wall cabinets / 6 positions for base cabinets with 8mm dowels at each joint and secured with superior holding adhesive. The ends are bored for shelf adjustment. Exposed end panels require changing the end exterior to wood veneer when ordering. The veneer is finished with the same staining process that is used on the door. The interior remains melamine. B Backs: The backs are 3/8” thick for wall cabinets / 1/4” thick for base cabinets; industrial grade particleboard melamine impregnated on the inside, white for the white lines, natural maple color for the wood lines. The outside is raw. The back fits into a groove routed into the sides and bottom and secured with a superior holding adhesive and staples. C Tops & Bottoms: 3/4” thick for wall cabinets / 5/8” for base cabinets; industrial grade particleboard covered with a natural maple melamine on both sides on the wood lines and a white melamine on the white lines. They are both secured to the end panels in 5 positions at each joint with 8mm dowels and superior holding adhesive. They are PVC edgebanded to match the exterior of the cabinet. D Shelves: 5/8”, 48 lb. density, industrial grade particleboard, white melamine clad on all white lines and a natural maple color melamine on all wood lines. The front edge is PVC edgebanded to match the interior for a finished appearance. On cabinets 33” or wider the shelves are 3/4” thick. The shelves are full depth and are adjustable; plastic shelf clips are included. E Stretcher Braces: 5/8” thick, 48 lb. density, industrial grade particleboard secured with 8mm dowels. Front brace is finished with white melamine on the white lines and a natural maple color melamine on the wood lines. The back stretcher brace is a 5/8” thick, unfinished industrial grade particleboard. F Toe Kicks: 5/8” thick, 48 lb. density, unfinished industrial grade particleboard doweled into end panel. They are 4” high and notched back 1-3/4”. All bases require overlay toe plates to finish. G Wood Drawers: Natural maple wood. The drawers are dove-tailed, 5/8” thick, with a 3/8” thick bottom. Wood Drawer Case Glides: The drawer guide system is ball-bearing, under mount steel. The guide system is mounted on the end panels. The drawer rests on the slide portion of the guide system. The drawer box is secured in the rear with metal hooks on the slide and the front of the drawer box is secured with drawer release locks. The system allows for up and down adjustment of the entire box and has a safety feature of positive stop action preventing accidental pullout. They are rated to support 75 lbs. and feature a manufacturer’s life- time warranty. Doors: All doors are full overlay. Hinges: Hinges are fully hidden, and open to 120 degrees to permit easy access. Easy clip-off feature permits quick removal of doors for installation without removing the mounting screws. Hinges are self-closing and adjustable to allow six different door alignments. Pulls: Door pulls are required. A selection is available on page 36 and are sold separately.

Five (5) Year Limited Warranty

Marsh Furniture Company (“Marsh”) / High Point Cabinetry warrants to the original user, for “Household Use” only, as defined below, that for a five (5) year term, measured from the date of purchase from Marsh / High Point Cabinetry, that Marsh’s / High Point Cabintry will repair or replace any product of Marsh’s / High Point Cabinetry’s manufacture which is defective in materi- als or workmanship. The term “Household Use” shall include use for personal and family purpos- es as well as in hotel or motel residential short term rental units, but does not apply to other pur- poses for commercial use. The remedy of repair or replacement (which shall be at the option of Marsh / High Point Cabinetry) is the exclusive remedy of the user. Claims for repair or replacement should be submitted to Marsh / High Point Cabinetry at P.O. Box 870, High Point, NC, 27260-0870.

It is the nature of wood products to have variations in the grain pattern and wood color. Any sur- face finish may be affected by exposure to sunlight and other elements which are part of the aging process. These material variations and changes are not covered by this Warranty. Proper care and use are essential to preserving your rights to this Warranty. Marsh / High Point Cabinetry will not repair or replace any product if damage is caused by improper use or maintenance such as the use of abrasives or harsh cleaning agents on cabinet surfaces.

Also, this warranty does not cover damage to Marsh / High Point Cabinetry products from negli- gence, abuse, normal wear and tear, accidents, trauma, fire, water damage, or other catastrophe, or if a product is routinely subjected to steam or unusually high humidity. Costs related to damages incurred in transit, handling, installation, and all costs related to the transportation, removal or reinstallation of defective Marsh / High Point Cabinetry products are NOT assumed by Marsh / High Point Cabinetry under this Warranty.

MARSH / HIGH POINT CABINETRY MAKES NO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MER- CHANTABILITY OR OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THESE AND ALL OTHER IMPLIED WARRANTIES ARE SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMED. IN NO EVENT WILL HIGH POINT CABINETRY BE LIABLE FOR CONSEQUENTIAL, INDIRECT OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM ANY CASE.

Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts and some states do not allow an exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limi- taitons or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
