B.M.Y.ok.e.öğr.gör., Bursa / Tur. 2 yıl. Turizm işletmeciliğine, meslek lisesini bitirdikten sonra, Uludağ’ daki hotellerde barman olarak başladı. Bu mesleği benimsedikten sonra Münih’ de turizm otelcilik eğitimi alıp Avrupa’ nın çeşitli ülkelerinde hotellerin bankett bölümlerinde servis & bar üzerine çalışıp, teorik & pratik anlamda kendini geliştirdi. 1985 yılında bilgi & tecrübelerini Türkiye’ de ilk turizm işletme belgeli bar’ ı açarak uygulamaya başladı, hedefi, hayalleri özel uygulamalı hotelcilik okulu açmaktı, ama kısmet olmadı. İstanbul’ da ilk bar İşletmeleri – barmenler derneği (B.B.D.) kurucu bşk.yrd. olarak eğitim & seminerler verdi. 1. akademik eseri mixology & gastronomy’ yi 3 dilde (tur.-deu.-eng.) aynı dönemde yazdı, eşsiz bir eserdir. Tarihe, özellikle erken dönem Osmanlı tarihine olan ilgisi & Bursa şehrine olan sevgisi sayesinde 2. eseri “Prusias / Priusa / Prusa / Bursa” yı yazdı (M.Ö./B.C.500-M.S./A.C.1451). Devam eden dönemde Anadolu tarihi üzerine araştırmalarını yoğunlaştırdı. 5 yılda geniş bir kadro ile 3. eseri “geçmişe yolculuk / journey to the past” eserini de tamamlamış oldu. Bu eser tarihin dikkat çeken & çokta bilinmeyen yönlerine ışık tutup, Adnan Mert bu sefer 6. & son, ustalık & gözde eserini bir roman gibi akıcı şekilde kaleme dökmüştür. Bursa - Tüyap fuar alanında 14 yıl gastronomy işletmeciliği yapmış olup, halen Bursa’ da ruhsatlı, eylemli, kokard’lı prof.’s turist rehberliği yapmaktadır(ruhsat no: 08621 sicil no.: Buro “Bursa Rehberler Odası”nın faal üyesidir. 16-004 "tur.- deu.+eng."), şuan Barantico Kültür Merkezi işletmektedir.Kılıç & kalkan' a merakı çocukluğunda seyrettiği zorro & 3 silahşörler filmlerinin etkisinde kalarak, eskrim dersleri de alarak, kendini Osmanlı kılıçları üzerine verdi, Bursa’ daki 5 kılıç & kalkan folklor derneklerinin 3’ ünde oynayarak dünyanın birçok ülkesinde Türkiye’ yi temsil etmiştir. judo hakemliği, spor masörlüğü / sport masseur, fitness & halk oyunları, Osmanlı kılıçları ile kargı resmi antrenörüdür.15 yaşında başlayan motorsiklet tutkusu günümüzde halen faal olarak devam etmektedir.     Sultan Ahmed III’s calligraphy of the Basmala: “In the Name of God, the All-Merciful, the All-Compassionate” The Ottoman Sultans Mighty Guests of the Throne Note on Transliteration In this work, words in Ottoman Turkish, including the Turkish names of people and their written works, as well as place-names within the boundaries of present-day Turkey, have been transcribed according to official Turkish orthography. Accordingly, c is read as j, ç is ch, and ş is sh. The ğ is silent, but it lengthens the preceding vowel. I is pronounced like the “o” in “atom,” and ö is the same as the German letter in Köln or the French “eu” as in “peu.” Finally, ü is the same as the German letter in Düsseldorf or the French “u” in “lune.” The anglicized forms, however, are used for some well-known Turkish words, such as Turcoman, Seljuk, vizier, sheikh, and pasha as well as place-names, such as Anatolia, Gallipoli, and Rumelia.     The Symbolic Restoration of Women’s Place in Turkey’s Resurrection Resurrection Ertuğrul (in Turkish: Diriliş Ertuğrul; henceforth, Resurrection) is a Turkish television series based on the life of Ertuğrul, an Oghuz Turk and a hereditary leader of the Kayı Obası (Kayi Tribe) in the thirteenth century. Ertuğrul was the father of Osman I (Ottoman), who unified the Turkish tribes remaining from the collapsing Seljuks Empire to found the Ottoman State in 1299 (officially, 1302)—which became the Ottoman Empire with Sultan Mehmet II’s conquest of Istanbul in 1453. Thus, Resurrection provides a glimpse into what Turkish society was like on the verge of the Ottoman State’s establishment. Since its first episode aired on Turkey’s Public Radio and Television (TRT) in December 2014, Resurrection has topped viewer ratings, emerging as the best breakthrough Turkish TV series of its premiere year (“Turkish series”). As of the date of writing this article, all episodes of Resurrection in the Turkish language are also made available online at the show’s official website (dirilisdizisi.com); two seasons’ worth of episodes as well as additional ones with English subtitles (under the title, “Resurrection Ertuğrul”) can be found on Netflix and at various fan channels on YouTube. “The inspiration for the stories and characters in this series is our history,” reads the Turkish translation of the screen caption in white, capitalized letters on a black background, appearing right after the opening music and credits of each Resurrection episode. Following this premise, Turkish viewers frequently praised the show on social media for its accurate representation of Turkish history (with some viewers comparing it—and finding it superior—to another TV series, The Magnificent Century, depicting Sultan Suleyman’s rule during the golden years of the Ottoman Empire in the 16th century).

After the years following Seljuk’s becoming weaker and being erased in the history, Turkish principalities became prominent in Anatolia. Ottoman principality, one of Turkmen principalities carrying the heritage of Turkish identity in Anatolia, started the process of becoming a state politically as a first time while it was a western Anatolia frontier principality. The final of the above- mentioned process was determined by the relations of Ottomans with the other states and principalities nearby. Therefore, Ottoman principality was really careful about the relations with Byzantine, Karesi and Karamanogulları principalities that are in the same neighbourhood. Thus, Ottomans became effective in the area covering Bilecik-Sakarya- İzmit. Although the mentioned activities seem end kind of simple enlargement acts, it is clear that the real target behind was to turn face to fertile Balkan soil and become a political power in the area. In this regard, thereality of Ottomans’ settling in Rumelia with the conquest of Gallipoli presented the political process of becoming a world-wide state. For the mentioned reasons above, Ottomans’ landing on Gallipoli which is also a starting point for Ottomans to rule in both Balkans and Western Europe is a crucial topic that deserves to be paid attention on.

Tarihi tarih yapan insanlardır. Yazan tarihçiler, gergef gibi işleyen de romancılardır. Tarih yapıcısı görevini bitirir, her fani gibi dünyadan - göçer. Tarih yazıcısı araştırır, bulur, yazar. Tarih roman - cısı bozmadan, çapraştırmadan gergefini işler. Bu gergef te, yabani ipliklerin yeri yoktur. Uydurma, aslından ap - ayn renklerin yeri yoktur. Hele tarihi yapanların hayatla rının aksine, âdeta onlara hakaret sayılabilecek temaların hiç mi hiç yeri yoktur. Ama yazılmaktadır işte! Tarih de, tarih romancılığı da me'suliyetsiz kalemlerin elinde bozulmaktadır. Osmanlı akıncısına, Bizans saraylarında seks âlemleri yaptırılmakta, işret sofralarında sabahlattırılmaktadır.

    XVI. YÜZYIL ORTALARINDA İNEGÖL’ÜN SOSYO- EKONOMİK YAPISI Zekeriya BÜLBÜL* ÖZET İlkçağlardan beri yerleşim yeri olan İnegöl 1299 da Osmanlılar tarafından fethedildi. Bundan sonra İnegöl Osmanlı idaresinde gelişmeye başladı. Yıldırım Beyazıt buraya iki minareli bir cami, bunun giderlerini karşılamak için bir hamam, Fatih ve II. Beyazıt devri devlet adamlarından İshak Paşa da bir imaret yaptırdı. XVI. yüzyılda İnegöl hakkında bilgi edindiğimiz dört Tapu Defteri bulunmaktadır. Bu dönemde İnegöl’de Camii Şerif, Sinan Bey, Yenice Mescit, İshak Paşa İmareti olmak üzere dört mahalle bulunmaktadır. Şehrin nüfusu l531’de 589 iken Kanuni devri sonlarında 1095’e yükselmiştir. İnegöl’ün bu dönemde 75’e yakın köyü var. Bu köylerin ödedikleri senelik vergilerde şöyledir: 32 köy 56.331 akçe 18 mezra 8.406 akçe 8 yayla 2.400 akçe Toplam 67.137 akçe Sarayın tavuk ve yumurta ihtiyacının önemli bir miktarı da buradan karşılanmaktadır. ABSTRACT Inegöl, which has been a residence location for prehistory was conquered in 1299 by the Ottomans. After the conqurence, Inegöl developed under the reign of Ottoman Empires. Yıldırım Bayezit had a mosque with two minarets and hammam to meet the expenses of it built, in addition to this, Ishak Pahsa, who is man of the reign of Sultan Mehmed the conqueror and Bayezit the II., had a foundation built. There has been four record book on which we obtain information, about Inegöl in the 16th century. In this period, Inegöl had four neighborhood called as Cami-i sharif, Sinan Bey, Yenice Mesjid and Ihsak Pahsa Foundation. As for the population of the city, it was 1531 in 589 while it was increased 1095 during the reign of Suleiman the Magnificent.
