Welcome to Husk Farm Distillery, the birthplace of Australian Agricole Rum and the home of Ink Gin.

Husk began in 2012 in a small shed on our family farm with a dream of creating sipping quality spirits that refect our provenance and challenge people’s perception of what rum and gin can be.

All our spirits are made by the Husk team on this farm. From the paddock to the bottle, we grow, harvest and crush our own sugar cane to make our rums, source botanicals inspired by our region and return all organic waste back to the property in the form of feed for our cattle or compost for our gardens and rainforest.
